A40:

You make really good points. But can he make adjustments from being THE guy to being one of the guys. How would he respond to fewer touches and not being the focal point of the offense?

I used Rondo because of his attitude problem which Boogie also shares. When you consistently butt heads with a veteran coach like George Karl that for me is not really a good sign. Whatever good you could have added to the team can always be corroded with shyte behavior and you end up losing role players that wind up improving and blossoming elsewhere.

There really is need to weigh the pros and the cons. The issue with Valanciunas sef is his lack of durability else he is not a terrible fit. That Raptor team thrives on chemistry and there is no guarantee Boogie will not disrupt it
Honestly, that's also a big decision to make, for him perhaps. Players whom have achieved greater heights in their career than boogie did accepted being second and third fiddle just to compete and win a chip. Bosh, Wade, Kevin Love, eh, even this dude that played in Portland in the 90s and later joined Hakeem for a chip, em na drexler them they call am abi? If these guys can try to team up to win a chip and accepted being second fiddle, Guys that had more success than he has ever had, why not him?

Also honestly in my opinion, just my opinion, Do you really think any team in the league can build around a Big anymore? It seems to me like if you don't have an All-Star point Guard, No matter how good these bigs are, if they don't have an All Star point guard, their team are just somewhere in the mix, not neccesarily the best. Kevin Love, Anthony Davis, Demarcus Cousins, though that timberwolves team is still young, i will see what happens in two years, maybe Karl Towns will be the superstar.

Honestly, i no know for the guy, he is averaging like 9pts against cavs, safe to say Toronto can only compete with lebron if he keeps playing like that, just like the pacers did few years ago, but can't beat him.

raptors are better than the celtics right now, but still they would challenge the cavs if they get cousins, won't win though. Only team ready to beat the cavs to me is raptors, cavs is barely beating raptors by 5 points these past three contest, and it has gone down to the wire, each game. Jonas is averaging like 7 points or so in these contests, about 4 rebounds, you get a player like cousins, and suddenly cavs has something to think about. You are not limiting that guy to 4 rebounds, hence why I think cousins is better with the raptors.

I see what you mean I just can't look past a lineup that has cousins at the 5 and horford at the four spot.
Cousins just has to consider Celtics when he leaves Sacramento.
Funny nobody mentioned the hornets;those guys are playing well, and kemba is the only I know on that roster.

Hahahahaha.. But we're the one who blew 3-1 lead na.
BTW GSW was us by 20 in second quarter down to 7pts and went up again by 23 in 3rd. The Clippers till now do not have an answer for the Warriors

So the 3 ball didn't fall today but GSW got 115.. Satisfied with the win especially when we don't force 3s.. More games like this is what I look forward to.

I agree and the fact that it was on their home court sweetens me the most. KD 5/17 Steph no single 3 and the score line could have been worse against the Clippers. That's great improvement on D coupled with great passing.

We are at Salt Lake tomorrow a court Klay and Steph always struggle on and I understand we won't travel with Iggy and Shaun. I hope we find a way to beat them sha, the Jazz are defensively solid.

Well, look on the bright side: we beat OKC 3 times out of 3 in the regular season and needed 7 to get 4 wins against them P/O time. Maybe that will be the case with Clippers again. LOL

Stop hoping on this Clipper team..Can you imagine that by the 3rd quarter they already amassed 3 technical fouls? Reddick did not score his first bucket until the 8 minute of the 3rd quarter, and that was it. Griffin was 2/ 4 from the free throw line, that tells you he did not play to his strength, which is under the paint, he ended the night 5/20!!!!because he wants to take jumpers...I have insisted there is nothing interesting about this team.

Slowly, but surely the Rockets are building something very strong in Houston. Harden has been assigned PG, which has immensely changed the dynamics of who walks the ball up the court and ball distribution.

Cut them some slack. Warriors are likely to win this championship. My target for them is winning it back 2 back or three peat. anything lower than either other both is a big disappointment.
But give it to them, their offence is fluid. KD making up for inside presence. And none of them is being double teamed like they used to.

What's really working for Houston is moving Gordon to the bench. Beverley has really helped them defensively

Time to tank Mavs. What did you expect trading for Bogut and signing Barnes

The Jazz have been decimated by injuries. No George Hill, no Hood. Two of their best 3 scorers. No excuse not to beat them tbh.

No turnovers and the defense was swarming like the Wu-tang killer bees. Even if the shots aren't falling there is always a shot of winning

McGee has the athleticism and natural talent to be a serviceable center. Its just that he has a very short attention span. Doesn't pay attention to detail and just appears naturally clumsy. I noticed some improvement from him since joining the Warriors. At least he's no longer Shaqtin a Fool MVP these days
Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 4:59am On Dec 09, 2016
Steve Kerr and some useless rotations he makes.. You see Rudy Gobert keeps using his athleticism on Zaza and you don't remember you have Zaza undecided from +23 to +4

Let him rotate dude, so the fatigue won't set in. I couldn't watch the match but was checking scores, Warriors were leading with 23 point in 2nd quarter but when I checked later I met +6 point final while I was expecting something not less than +40

Don't you even understand what I wrote or just want to say something? undecided Kerr should've let Javale come in when Gobert kept bully Zaza on defense.. It's a road game and there's nothing wrong giving Javale a little more minute when it matters esp when other bigs bully Zaza to cut down large double digit leads. You think Zaza would stand Cousins or Tristan Thompson on defense?? And yes I watched the match and it was Kerr's poor rotation they didn't have +30 anyone who watches GSW a lot would understand what I'm saying about Kerr.

You misunderstood him. Besides you made an error by typing Zaza twice. I understood what you were trying to say though. Javale will feature more as the game progresses. I have no doubt about it. The team just looked tired and uninterested final quarter tbh.

i clearly understand what you are saying, there many matches where GSW should win with atleast 30 point but Kerr rotation and some benching toward the end of 3rd quarter or beginning of 4th quarters cut them short, but what what I'm saying is that rotation is a way of reducing fatigues

Re : Okc Vs Rockets : Westbrook is trying soo hard, racking up numbers for his triple double record but the Thunders still sit pretty deep where they now belong while the Rockets have continued their steady climb.
Personally, I admire Harden buh would still rate Westbrook ahead of him, just as I also would Curry, Durant and Thompson too in the Western power rankings
Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 6:37am On Dec 10, 2016
Mr Westbrook, Mr Triple Double, Mr PG, SF, SG, PF and C, Mr give me the ball angry, Aka, 4th Quarter Nightmare, Mr Curry/Kwame Brown shooting 3 with 7secs left. Mr Bleep my teammates I can do it all alone..

Someone tell this guy already we know he is good but he should involve his teammates especially in dire situations.. Houston 100-99 OKC with 7secs to go this guy was guarded by the beast Patrick Beverly and he went ahead dribble the time and shot an air ball when Oladipo and Robertson were open.. I don't fancy his impressive stats nonsense, he wouldn't go anywhere in playoffs if he continues with his selfish habit. Few will understand why Durant left.
Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 8:15am On Dec 10, 2016
^^^

I am surprised many still act surprised that Westbrook plays that way. I don't know how you guys see it but Westbrook does not care about rings and it is clear. He feeds into the hype by Jordan, Kobe and Iverson each saying he is their favorite player and he places so much burden upon himself to over do things just like he does in All-star games.

I am beginning to observe Houston on the other hand like Roland suggested we did. They are playing solid ball with good movement and shooting and Harden is really taking his PG role seriously. At this point, he is my MVP but then some others can argue that without Westbrook, OKC wins drop close to 0.500 or less. Even though, that is left to be decided as he barely trusts them, his style of being MVP is not what I enjoy at all.
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 9:01am On Dec 10, 2016
I agree with eruditor, Westbrook isn't so much bothered about a ring as he is interested in personal stats, and I bet he was happier for it when Durant left cos now he has the whole team to himself.
It's true that he is the go-to guy, just like every team has theirs but he should realise that he would go farther with a team than he would playing selfish.
LeBron doesn't have many 40pts games but look, he is already up to 9th in the all time points rankings, and yes he only needs 2/3 more rings to perhaps be considered better than Jordan (arguably).
So much for team work.
Re: The NBA Begins by OohMpa: 11:27am On Dec 10, 2016
See them Warriors trying to justify Durant's choice to leave with this nonsense. Lmao...

Smooshchn, Eruditor, Frenchwine, you guys wee not kee Ooh Mpa

Westbrook has 49 triple doubles with a 40-9 record. Over 80% winning percentage. This season he is 9-3. Please, Westbrook stop chasing records. Ooh Mpa dey beg you.

He is very selfish in the final seconds.Yes,yes but Anthony Morrow bricked the last shot, didn't he? Or is it another Westbrook that got 2 game winning shots plus several clutch shots including the 3 that took them to overtime against Pacers? No, definitely another one.

In not interested in the ring, you might be right. Durant that was interested in the ring had to run. When Westbrook has finally decided not to help his subpar team to 6 straight wins or a playoff push in a difficult conference with teammates like Kanter, Waiters, Roberson and Grant, he'd leave. Ooh Mpa's best bet would be the Cavs for the easiest ring ever.

Yaga...
