the doc may be right, there is a minimum amount of blood that comes during af, cant remember now, u may google.
though the scientist in me wud think along the lines of thin endometrial lining, and would recommend a baseline scan/tvs to check the lining size..and a 2nd scan on ovulation or 1 -2 days before to see that the linning gets to the minimum thickness that can support implantation.
u may omit the first scan, its not that necessary if money no too dey.

3rdly, the garlic&ginger therapy is said to make af flow, also the mighty ruzu is gr8 in tht dept, my dw flows like tap when on ruzu, and it helps lessen the pain, she has stopped taking pain killers during af since i introduced her to ruzu, and she agreed to take it

my 2cents ::gofor a midcycle scan/tvs..emphasize to the technician that ur doc is interested in the lining thickness, cos some of them dey mumu...and write ''sufficient thickness'', and at least the tvs will help u confirm if u ovulate and nos of eggs etc.

My dear I don't really know, but I think it is better than overflowing or heavy flow. You should try and drink warmer things during AF, like tea's, green teas, fertility teas, lemon in warm water first thing in the morning etc. This should help, but in all, you are healed, your body is fruitful... You are beautiful and wonderfully made...

There are a number of drugs he can take, there is Fetisan n, I hope i spelt it correctly, if that is too expensive for you guys, you can try a combination of Addyzoa with any of the following... Wellman conception, everygreen for men, fertailaid for men which include the sperm boost, motility boost.

If you can afford it, i'll recommend addyzoa and fertail aid or fertisan N. You also should take supplements.

Personally; l think it's hormonal/ anxiety . But becos its be ongoing 4 a while now; l will say it's hormonal. My mom strongly believes if ur flow is scanty/ full of clots; it's a strong indication that something isn't right . So my dear, u cud use hot water/ enough bitter leaf juice during Afs 2 increase d flow of AF. And l have recently realized that most gynae observations & our aged mamas opinions r always conflicting.

I'm here for some counseling from some who, probably have had similar experience. One of the major challenges we are having is the issue of fibroid! She's been taking some herbal but with no improvement. In December 2015, we decided to try surgery but unfortunately the doctor said he could not remove the fibroid. This was after opening her up! So he just closed her up again. ....He said there was adhesions( I don't know what that means) which the initial scan didn't reveal. He suggested the fibroid could only be removed with laparascopic laser vaporisation. .However, after over one year now and marriage going to be 4 years this year, I have to sit her down and review the pros and cons of both herbal and surgery since she's also very eager to carry her children(yes I mean children; we want 3 at a go ) this year. While she's now ready to go for another surgery, we are still considering herbal too. Therefore, I will like to ask the great mamas in the house if you know of any competent hospital(s) where laser vaporisation of fibroid can be done as suggested by the doctor or any competent doctor in fibroid removal and probably the estimated cost? I can never imagine her going through the experience again without success. No, not at all!

Welcome our DH. Personally; l will suggest invasive surgery if u can afford it. Why? Cos of d adhesions. I had bilateral Dermoid ovarian cysts with multiple intramural fibroids in d past. Personally.; am not really a patient person & more of a practical person; when l noticed these abnormalies on scan , l opted immediately for surgery cos I didn't want future 'sob stories'. A surgery of less than 1 hr took d medical team Abt 3 hrs & d left cyst mass was gigantic ( like a small watermelon). I remember d Dr saying l was lucky cos if l had delayed further; it wud have lead to twist of d Fallopian tube & it's blood vessels. Which if not arrested early, can lead 2 more complications. So plz tell DW 2 have courage & take up more "aggressive methods" . For d hospital l used then, it was Navy Hospital Calabar( dy have well experienced Gynae consultants) & it cost Abt 220k then for everything. Or better still register in ur state's Navy hospital; if there is need 4 referral, then u will be referred. All d best..

Please your location matters, that way people would be able to recommend a good hospital to you. For fibroid i think surgery is usually the best option. I say so because two of my colleagues put theirs off for several years but as soon as they made up their minds to do the surgery, they conceived and one of them had a set of twins this week.

As for the adhesion, use Serrapeptase, Wobenzyme and Nattokinase...You may also get Guifei bao it helps breakdown scar tissues.
Above all, seek a second opinion from a reputable GYNAE/OBGYN. Good luck.

On one of my ttcing waka, when l went to make enquires on fairhaven pdts 4 men( Fertilaid men, count boost, motility aid etc..), d Pharmacist adviced l try Reproaid instead. When l asked him why;he said Reproaid contains both d usual conception supplements 4 men, count boost, motility aid etc all in one tablet in one 90 caps container( it's Abt 10k). Whereas 4 Fertilaid , l will buy d usual conception supplement, count boost, motility aid etc separately ( which is Abt 50k now) . So it's more economical 2 buy Reproaid & that dy both perform similar actions. I checked d drug's review online & l met mostly positive reviews. So u cud give it a try ( it's also available 4 women).

Like most sabi mamas said, do PT lst then plz wait a while. For hvs, u can do this after u have done d pt & any day after AF is ok. Both hvs & urine tests can be conducted on d same day.
4 DH matter; my dear, dy r all like that. I have stopped all this 2ww "butter behaviour " l used 2 do in d past; cos l realized it puts more pressure on DH & l can't deal with his dashed hopes( he will even start keeping malice). If DH still refuses to do an SFA; just assume d worst & placate into taking men's supplements / doing d trado with u too. Me l tell d trado mama wey been talk Abt b4, say she go give DH medicine too oh, "Abi Na only me waka come her place".

CD update:
CD29... Light spotting. Guess this cycle is over. Well, in all we thank God 4 life; so we can keep trying. Starting trado next, praying seriously God grants me d grace 2 finish that medicine ; cos me no like bitter bitter things.

I dey use preseed during that time of the month. And I dey use EPO from CD1-12 (or anytime I o).

But I fit try baking soda. I am not taking it too serious though. Till I do HSG and I am sure my tubes are open.

@all, something strange happened to me this cycle though, about 4-5 days after o, I got this sharp pain in my uterus that made me double over (in my head, I thought it was implantation, cos it was unusual). Then for 2 consecutive days I was having lower abdominal pain, worse than menstrual pain (in my head, I thought implantation). Then nothing after that. Did PT, BFN. Still waiting for AF.
Being that I have issue of scanty menses/thin lining, I just postulated that my embryo wasn't able to implant.

Please mamas is it possible not to ovulate on letrozole and ovulate on clomid?

I won't count it as CD1 if it's light spotting. U know our bodies differs & there is no really set rules 4 onset of AF. In my own case; once l start spotting, in less than 3 hrs AF appears with a vengeance. D only time l become worried / suspicious is if thru out d AF days, d flow is scanty.

Ur postulation Abt d implantation might be correct. But For d 4/5 days past O pains, am thinking more towards d events that occur in d ovary after ovulation( ie corpus luteum formation; so women do feel pains during this period ) cos a fertilised "egg" takes Abt 7-9days to travel down into d uterus b4 implantation occurs.

it is possible to ovulate on clomid and not ovulate on letrozole.a friend of mine used letrozole 7.5mg and didn't ovulate but ovulated on 50mg clomid and even conceived
