Our able Capo! present ma, as for me this pregnancy journey has been going well n smooth thanks to Almighty ALLAH for his infinite mercy. My own aspect of waddling no b here o sometimes I feel as if my lower abdomen wants to fall which makes my walking funny. People will b lookin at me and those dat want to talk will be like *madam na twins u carry o* not knowing its one in there or maybe another one is hidden somewhere I dunno o. Hmmmm as for shopping am yet to complete my shopping and hospital bag as well going to d market is a huge task for me, i will have to try sha hoping to round up b4 d end of dis month God willing.

My prayer always is that God Almighty see us through dis pregnancy journey successfully. Amin

u can try crackers biscuit or superstar chew gum coffee flavour..try to get tissue paper or a plastic bottle

During my first trim I notice saliva wants to start accumulating in my mouth and one of the things i luv eaten den was date so after eating the flesh, I keep on chewing on d seed gently until I completely break it into pieces and either swallow it or spit it out

Note: u have to chew d seed gently cos its somehow hard to avoid teeth and tongue clashing

The specs for the playpen is written by the side of the carton it came in. Mine came with one flat looking mattress, is that why you want an extra mattress or yours didn't come with any at all.

The bedside lamp I got from Konga in December got spoilt last week and since then I cant sleep well because the dimness of the light calms me to sleep. I want to go to the market from the office but I don't know where they sell. Whoever knows should tell me biko. I cant endure another night of sleeplessness.

Descending Eko bridge to apongbo facing CMS and co (you should see some lastma guys at the foot of eko bridge before ascending the other bridge), stop and take the pedestrian to cross to the other (opposite traffic) side, once you descend the pedestrian bridge, take the turning to the right, you will see it coming down the pedestrian, it is just few steps from the pedestrian bridge, once on that street, walk straight down and turn left into the 2nd lane (Holloway) before the end of that very road/street, or once you descend the pedestrian bridge just ask of Holloway

OR

From Behind behind UBA, where the ATM machines are, right opposite Zenith bank, take that road down (Idita street) and keep asking for "Holloway".

Word of advise - Close ya eyes and be determined to buy only lamp and scented candles ooo, if that's all you want otherwise u go forget lamp and buy buy many things that will enter ya eyes

Get bitter Kola and put a piece in your mouth you don't have to chew it if you don't want to. Sorry it's part of the package..

Abeg moms make una help me o, my breast just full but not flowing plus the nipple refused to come out,have taken pap and tea, my baby has being feeding on sma gold

Massage them with warm water and towels. Take a lot of water. For the tips use a large syringe to pull them out (you might need to do this several times a day)
Note that regular putting of the baby to the bosoms aids the flowing of breastmilk or you can use breastpump

massage with warm water making sure to clean the tips with cotton wool to open the ducts,you could ask dh to suck the tips ,a greater force will help it open up.

It's the flat mattress you'll still use. Once your baby outgrows the bassinet you move it to the base
