Build good credit history, then overgear yourself financially, then good credit history turns bad credit history, with bailiffs letter and CCJ's, worst case scenario bankruptcy...... ... ..... ...

Good evening house,

I have started my application online and i am under part 3>Family details. Spouse\Partner

The questions under this section states:

2)Will your spouse/Partner be travelling with you? NO
3)Current passport or travel document number?
4)Nationality?

Questions 3 and 4 are they for me (Applicant) or my Spouse?

Answers from anyone that has an idea. Thanks

Guys this process is money generator for the UK. It's the £125. Isn't it Visa you're applying for? They realised a lot of people use Naric for Visa so they increased the price. You can try the £55 one though and hope they accept it. I myself read and saw that the red is for visa and used that

What TB test? the one you did before submission?

Questions such as: when did you see your wife last? Who was your sponsor? What is the immigration status of your sponsor? What work are you doing in your country? When was the first time your wife came to this country? He then advised that I should go and collect my BRP immediately! very few minutes, not up to 10 minutes.
The TB test I did and included in my application because the original was with my wife.

This is the best forum I have ever come across, people here are always gratuitously ready to help people with immigration and visa problem on gratis that some of the so-called immigration lawyers will charge thousand of pounds as fees. We only need to be truthful with our case. My first application, the lawyer collected N500.000 and I was refused, and he said he would charge me separately for the appeal, and with God, then through guidance and encouragement here, I did 2nd application and I was successful and he was not happy when I informed him. In the process, another lawyer took another N100.000=N200.000 from me on the tourist visa to Ireland which he knew I would be refused and he refused blatantly to listen to my suggestions. I DOVE MY HAT FOR ALL YOU GOOD PEOPLE HERE. I GIVE YOU GUYS KUDOS AND PAT ON THE BACK. God will continue to help you. Too numerous to mention, justwise, Lexusgs, and others continue your good work for the sake of humanity

We did the faster process. I think it was around £150 and got it in 1 or 2 days. Normal process is like a week I think. It should state it on their website

There is actually a new IELTS for spouse visa. It is different from the one people used to do in the past and easier.

The new one only tests your ability to communicate in English. It is done in pairs. You and another candidate. You both have a conversation and a short listening test. This was the test I did last June after I realized they stopped accepting the General test I did earlier.

Passed your driving theory yet?
Oga too should take you on some free driving lessons, to cut down on driving lesson bills (declaring such on his insurance policy + vehicle displaying L plates )

No attempt manual driving lessons o. Just kuku do automatic (easier to pass)

Hello house, please I want to clarify an issue. My husband to be is still married to an eea wife on a contract though in U.K. He will be getting his ILR by February 2018 and will be applying for a spouse visa for me by April. Also we intend on having a child now. My questions are:

1. Do we have to wait a little time after getting his ILR and processing his divorce before applying for me.

2. If I have a child now, won't it be suspicious that I got pregnant during his time with the eea partner.

Avoid that by all means.

This is risky and may land your husband in jail because Polygamous marriage is illegal in the UK

You think 10 lessons is all you need, after all the terrible driving technique picked up in Lagos (only 10 hours) ?
Reverse parking, parallel parking, emergency stop, side mirror observation etc etc etc
