I bumped into a female friend of mine on saturday evening. It was getting dark and the complex she was in was slowly getting empty.

Then I propped a question, ''What if a guy takes advantage of this dark and tries to rape you?''

She asked what else could she do but bear it, said she had no means to defend herself.. To her, only men had the ability to defend themselves.

I shook my head and lectured her on some few things she can do to defend herself. You see, learning basic self defence tactics gives you a 65/100% of escaping any form of assault. Guys inclusive.

Here are a few steps I'm going to list.

*Precautions
#1 Never walk on a lonely or a desolated path
#2 Avoid walking at night alone.
#3 Don't follow a guy you just met into tight or secluded areas... Except you're a ***

Tatics
#1. A kick to the Groin. Yes!! The crotch. The kick should be as strong and fast as possible. Or a kneebutt to the groin. Your aim is to destroy atleast one eggplant grin

. The attacker will surely leave you while he groans,screams or moans.

And what do you do

?? RUN!!!!!

#2. Anything can be a weapon.

Look around you, woods,chairs,keys, sand. Your 9inches shoe sev na lethal weapon.... Oh wait, your head too.. Except you don't want your make up cleaning off your face.. Headbutt him! You can grab and squeeze his private so hard too.

Your aim is to stun him...while you RUN... Take your high heels off first dear.

#3. The Throat.

Oh yes....punch the throat.... You could kill him if you punch too hard. Who cares? We do!

Go for his throat and RUN!!!!

#4. The Knees..... Try as much as possible to kick the knees of the attacker, hard enough to make it snap. Kick the knees backwards. I'm not asking you to kick it like you'd kick a football, kick step it....when you raise a leg to climb up a staircase, its basically the same motion but harder.

Snap the knee and RUN!!!!

#5. My dear, what are your fingernails and teeth for.?

Sink your teeth into his nose, neck or throat... You be vampire!! Bite him my sister but run after o.

Your fingers... Poke his eyes sharply with them. Opelope false nails... can you pursue someone when a 1inch fingernail just massaged your eyeballs? Your answer is as good as mine.

And hey... RUN!!!

Your safety comes first. If you like, pity him and let him have his way. Some ladies act like Mother Theresa. Lol.
