Noooo I've seen this since last year this is not something new my brothers I can assure you this!my uncle met with babatunde fasholaa that was october ands am pretty pretty sure if this whole thing is scam he would have told him to go for replacement instead! In sha Allaah those that are destined to work wilth firs shall be called sooner we should be praying let it be harder at his instant that thinngs are close

guy I told you to ignore what the guy said, he is just trying to throw confusion. Names will be published either it is highly connected names or merit

Usually recruitment takes time,llonger than replacements this whole thing isn't a scam I can assure you thiss,at the end of the day they will invite successfull candidate either through text messages or emails! But I dnt knw if they will publiish names

Let me make this claear to all the members of his threadd! Some of uss will get this job,some wil not,if you're destined not to get it prayers might change the situation otherwise! This is my believe islamically .FIRS will contact successfull candidates am firmm and certain of this I source my information from first class source so nobody can just come from no were and tell me rubbish! Mind you guys some are drunkards!lol I wish all of us luck! We all eed this job! That's tthe truth.

Brother the guy gave a validly distinctive statement on what he knows best, I'm not sure his statements were ambiguous.. from what he said I learned we shouldn't lose hopes as related earlier, we should cross our fingers and wait for the budget to be passed.. best of luck everyone!

Brother, the only way is for us, the Youth to stand up and fight for our freedom, these people will not relent their efforts in frustrating our futures, if we give them chance they'll kill us mentally and even physically, we need to take heeds from what happened in Ukraine in 2014.. what they did to their politicians, if not we are in BIGGER trouble cos they don't really care about us. They want us kill ourselves, fight ourselves since killing and fighting our selves in the name of religion, ethnicity etc is their gains. Now bringing filthy excuses to frustrate our economic progress due to some useless reasons citing police raids! #smh

Its a new week in Office. Let's all pray the Upper Chamber finds it necessary to pass the budget this week and also pray it triggers the FIRS to continue with the recruitment and also pray we are among the fortunate ones.

Budgets (including firs's) will be passed this week. The recruitment is finally coming to an end in a matter of few weeks (obviously less than a month). So many things have happened behind the scene. The national assembly finally had their way, which really altered many of the permutations. Some will enter based on merits, while others will come in through discretion. It has been a very long wait indeed. May Almighty Allah assist us.

I want to formally inform you that i have come to the end of my contribution on this thread. This is necessitated by the fact that the reality on ground will run contrary to my comments. I do not want a situation where i will lie outrightly or mislead people with incorrect statement/information. There would also be instances where some people will make big issue out of an honest comment. Simply put, not everybody can manage correct information at this stage. I will be dropping by once in a while to share any information with you but will be limited to publicly available information. I wish those that would make it through the recruitment the very best; the recruitment is finally coming to a dramatic close.I sincerely appreciate the maturity of everybody on this thread and the zeal to help a fellow job seeker. This is the very first thread i would be participating on nairaland thread and its really worth the time and the experience. Goodluck to all of us in our various endeavours. You cant be discussing 2016 budget in 2017; it doesnt work that way. But you can roll-over an item not utilized in 2016 into 2017 budget.
