Not from scratch o. I'm not too good at this. Upgrading to wordpress.org means I'll have to pay for a new self hosting website right?

Pls I just designed a website using wordpress offline with ampps (my first website). I will like to host it soon, so I am looking for a very good and cheap host to use. Pls recommend for me (preferably Nigerian)

I use Whogohost (www.whogohost.com). Apart from a few issues with file upload limit on my shared hosting plan, they've been pretty good to me, plus their customer service dey try small.
