Ordered for 20 pcs of an item this week, paid 10k for express shipping, will receive within 48hrs. Normal shipping is cheaper but takes 7 working days.

I have been shipping from China to Nigeria since 2003 and honestly it wasnt a Rosy start until I jettisoned DHL, FEDEX, TNT,NIPOST etc for Nigerian Companies that ship from Guangzhou to Lagos.
Back to the issue on ground, NIPOST might not be the culprit here, I once ordered Laptops from. China and ended up with a cloned Nokia Phone, the Fraudsters even had the guts to send me an email consoling me.
Revisit the entire process, ask yourself questions: is it your first time of buying from this dealer(s)? What payment method did u use? What is the weight on the label originating from China post?

Anyone uplifting a parcel need to run video of the clerk handing it over, the parcel itself and the contents. If the content is not what it should be, refuse to take the parcel, ask to speak to the manager/supervisor.m have them on tape. Then go to the head office to make a report. We have this problem with Nipost because we do not take time to report to the Head Office.....we report one thief to another thief.. all in the same office.We have phones with camera. ..use it to bring about change.

All that na story, 2months I was to receive brand new iPhone 5S Gold here in Ibadan. On arrival I found the documents indicating iPhone was bought and sent but an old Ericsson phone in the iPhone case. I immediately went to their CSO who claimed the theft was made in Lagos and took me to their APM where I wrote a complaint letter and dropped the package with them. Up till now nothing has been done. Nipost official twitter handle was last active dec 16 2016,they need to have a strong online presence such cases can be sharply reported to.this has totally gotten out of control.

Guy already gave numbers and addresses to lodge complains... better to go in person and complain face to face. If people don't make complains then no action is taken and nothing changes. I'm sure there are Nipost offices where people get there stuff as they should.... no stealing nor having to pay bribes or unnecessary fees.

well i dont know anything concerning Nonikings and hw dey operate but avoid chrisvicmall cos dey have lots of issues ranging from customer care probs etc. Chrisvicmall use to be good back in d days.
