good evening dear.I'm a living testimony of it working ooo.first pregnancy I took fertility blend for two weeks after test showed I had low hormones. and I took in.second pregnancy which is in progress I took fertilaid since I couldn't not find fertility blend cuz they both have exactly same ingredients. I took it too for two weeks just April last month and I got my BFP same April.

N/B: Fertilsanm is not sold in pharmacies in Nigeria.

Hubby has used both drugs, Addyzoa didn't really do much but Fertilsanm was d game changer. I knw two other people that used it and already av their bundle of joy.
Concerning ur wife period, nothing to worry about. I have always av light flow and it never stopped me from conceiving.

This made me teary. I av never lost a child, so i wont say i know how u feel, but i know d feeling of being without something u cherished so much. In this ttc journey, every AF feels like i av lost a child i never conceived. I pray that God will comfort you and give you another child not as a replacement for d one u lost because i dont think it is possible to forget or replace d love for a lost child. May God strengthen you and ur dh and show u his compassion. Come, e-hugs sis, take napkin n wipe ur tears, we love u,.

So,i am supposed to start with a new gynae,i was told to do HA and HSG i know i have said i will shake my now flat bum bum and walk away from any doctor that said i should repeat hsg.That is how i went to do my Hsg yesterday cycle day 10(i googled it and most women feels it helps to be done on day 10).I took duclofenac a pain reliever like 2hours before the procedure.God bless all you all that taught us here to take it.The sonographer told me i was a strong woman and i was doing well,i just yimud at him in my mind.So,the result came out,i am all clear,tubes are patent,small fibroid of 2cm outside(did uss too)and then what i do not understand was he querying something like pelvic adhesion(whatever that means)....anyways,i am not supposed to see the gynae till 2weeks time but before then,the weather is always cold these days so,i intend using it very well.

on another note, i learnt serrapeptase chops of the tissues that cause adhesions as well .so you might also want to start that . God forbid af shows next cycle, i will do another hsg to know how far . congrats on your open tubes , i shall take the duclofenac too . cos i learnt that most time the body reacts unfavourable due to the hsg pain .

DIAGNOSED WITH PELVIC ADHESIONS: WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?



Pelvic adhesions are common in women who have endometriosis that is extensive, or left untreated. Adhesions also form after Cesarean sections or other types of open surgery, and can be the result of infections. Scar tissue can grow between two organs in the pelvic area and cause significant pelvic pain. Pelvic adhesions can occur around the bladder, bowel, ureter, uterus and ovaries.

Surgical procedures, such as myomectomy and endometriosis surgery, can also lead to adhesions. Adhesions are also more common after open surgery, (meaning the surgeon used an eight-inch incision to gain access to the pelvic cavity), than laparoscopic surgery. The risk of adhesions increases with the number of major abdominal and pelvic surgeries. Additionally, post-surgery infection or bleeding can lead to adhesion formation due to increased inflammation during the healing process.

This scar tissue can be completely asymptomatic and not cause any problems. However, when it causes infertility, pain or gastrointestinal problems, such as bloating and constipation, a woman might consider a procedure called resection of pelvic adhesions.

Pelvic adhesions can have an impact on a woman’s ability to conceive and carry a baby to term – particularly pelvic adhesions related to endometriosis.

Pelvic adhesions are treated if they are causing bothersome symptoms by resection surgery, which removes the scar tissue. This is best performed as a minimally invasive procedure by fellowship trained laparoscopic specialists, who can ensure that additional adhesions do not form after the resection.

Laparoscopic removal of scar tissue (lysis of adhesions) is most effective in patients with extensive adhesions and adhesions involving the bowel.
In cases of mild adhesions, cutting down of adhesions may not treat all of the pain; In these cases, other causes of pain need to be considered.
If scar tissue is caused by multiple cesarean deliveries, the removal of the uterus may be necessary to avoid adhesion reformation and repeat surgery.
Genetic factors make some patients more prone to form adhesions than others. Two patients may have the same surgery and complications, but one may form severe adhesions and the other no adhesions at all.

please if your doctors tell you to go for lap surgery , just run and buy serrapeptase , no just mind them o... lap surgery is meant to be the last alternative ... God will remove all adhesions for our sake in Jesus name ... amen . i also read that depending on the type of adhesion or where it is located , it might cause a non alignment of the fallopian tube and the ovaries , such that when egg is released the fallopian tube is incapable of collecting it to make its journey towards the swimmers ...( these are all my personal research so far. )so you might want to find out from your doctor where exactly the adhesion is located . and then start shacking serrapeptase if possible the herbal tampos to remover the fibroid ( i was told i had same too, but the doctor said small , but u know doctors , they will tell you small, just for you to leave them to grow and they can be shouting surgery inside your ears...

So sooryyyy @ Lynda for your loss.. our Almighty God shall restore all u v lost in a thousand folds.. God is your strength.. amen.
