As one gets advance in age, is difficult for the body to break the COq10 further hence the need to go for broken down one that can directly be absorbed in the body. So my opinion is to go for "Ubiquinol" which is the broken version that the body assimilates faster in the body

After 2 months of no sign, I went back to the clinic to complain that maybe the irregular cycle has started again and what i can do so i can commence the process immediately. I was directed for lab test and i tested positive.....Had a scan and i am almost 9 weeks gone with very strong heartbeat. It turned out that the last suspected AF was even implantation bleeding.

The one that works faster for egg quality is ubiquinol. Ubiquinone is the still the normal COQ10. According to my fertilty doctor, he recommended taking to for at least 3 months for getting high egg quality.

Thanks @Chiji., yes I actually read something like dat about Ubiquinol as the needed enzme but the excitement of getting a cheaper COQ10 didn't even make me remember the Ubiquinol stuff.
But I ve made up my mind to believe all am taking will work 4 me cos d body has a way of working with ur belief. I Dont want 2 feel bad dat I bought d wrong tin otherwise I might not be happy each time I take it. Also I ve told God to correct and convert any error on my part in dis TTC journey, believing The Word that says in the day of ignorance, God winks at( over looks)... Lols

am back on this thread o condition has limited me to only ivf and I am determined to get pregnant n have my babies whether d devil likes it or not

First natural pregnancy was ectopic and a ruptured tube. I lost my right tube during d battle to save my life.
After which i went for hsg n it was determined my left tube patent.
I proceeded to try naturally for 3 yrs,...nothing . Docs said dh had poor morphology n low sperm count. Had 3 cycles of ivf
First terminated after egg collection
Second bfp positive but turned out to be a chemical pregnancy . 3rd bfn . Got tired decided to do nothing
Got pregnant naturally unexpectedly. Last month
Another ectopic . Lost my left tube. Doctor tried to save it but she said it was toxic n definitely may lead to another ectopic .
