In fact my first work was a $79 as a beginner. The only issue is how consistent you are. I will add you on whatsapp but just give me a little time. Upwork is cutting the size of its freelancers. It's now getting difficult to be accepted from the info I heard, and some accounts are being suspended permanently if you haven't garnered sales.

Although, I've foreseen something similar to this where these sites will tighten their nodes, but I'm disappointed in sites like Upwork (which I have no love for in the first instance). Looks like site will go down the drain since the essence of freelancing has been defeated through their restrictive stance.

I just signed up on freelancer.com and from the look of things, it appears that before one could land a project, he or she must have some positive reviews. Is there a way I can buy reviews from anyone here just for me to have a ground as a starter. If anyone can help I will really appreciate.

The only thing I can advise you as a beginner is to start bidding for low paying jobs, to build your profile. As a beginning you have high percentage of getting those jobs to high paying jobs.

And if possible search for jobs that were posted immediately you online, as being among the first bidders will likely get you the job.

Other than that just keep bidding and deliver quality job on time. There is nothing really to it, it just take time.
