OK! I applied codes on the site, you can visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com then get a suitable code, get back to your site and apply it as thus: open "lay out" on the left side of your blogger add java script below your heading - still on the lay out, and then paste the code on the java script, voila !


If you do not get it well I will soon post how it was done manual on my blog. Keep watching.

So in a nutshell, if the domain is used for blog and AdSense is placed on it, you get more money since there is no parking company to pay, am I right?

Hi Mr. iykepromotions and others, I just saw a Nigeria firm that has the exact keywords of my domain with only difference being LTD added to theirs, for instance mine is www.KeyWord.com, while theirs is www.KeyWordLtd.com. My question is, what is the best way for me to approach them and make them want to discard their three keywords domain for my two keywords?
I wanted to contact them immediately I saw it but I decided to sought ideas and suggestions so that I don't bundle the chances of selling my first domain.

Lesson I learnt today on domaining.

I did outbound for all my domain, and one was picked by the guy and we got straight to pricing, frankly I would have sold the domain to him for any amount but he offered me $70 and I accept the price, but he told me thereafter that he did some research on the domain and find out it was own by a Nigerian and I said am a Nigerian, he now said he cannot go ahead with the deal because he had many issues from Nigeria domainer.. That is how I lost a deal have been on since 2 days ago..

What this guy said here is actually true. iv witnessed stuffs like this. i mailed an end user and he was like he was interested. when i told him the price he said ok. i noticed streak showing opening of mails info several times then a msg came asking weda i was in Nigeria. well i no fit lie now. i said yes. and that was the last i heard from him. but i later sold d domain for $400.. its not easy being nigerian. but you shouldnt have to tk that as an excuse to gv in. i actually pay for privacy these days then do as 2sexy has said here when they ask "how do i know if you are the owner of the domain". (you might be lucky not to meet a smart end user that knows whois, so not necessary u buy privacy. somtimes d domains dont sell even with d privacy. is a risk i like to tk.)

anoda truth as iyke has said, if the domain is really worth it or a serious buyer they will pay not regarding your location. lets say you have gold(.)com for sale. if u like be in Syria d buyer will accept to buy it from you.. cheers!!

depending how fast you want to sell the domain. you may need to wait at least 5 days before contacting end users. simply use the domain sales letter; highly professional and quite convincing however focus more on international keywords/ Expired domains. Nigerian company as of now may not price your domain High. many of them are yet to know the importance of domain Name, branding and online recognition.

That's interesting but Idon't think that you've done all that you learnt though you could have sent me a direct mail for any assistance.

Now Do this; Change the name servers to point to undeveloped. By doing this alone, the message will be very clear that your domain is up for sale. Note that not all individual will like to do business with you. Why? They don't Know you. (checkout this domain; www.Stonecrushermachines.com) A company may be interested to buy from a marketplace/third party.

2. Be Original with your contact information. Unless you're in the UK, no need of putting UK as you just done and putting a Nigerian Phone Number thereafter.

3. If you're looking a fast Flip, range your price between $200 - $500 Dollars and put it as a BUY IT NOW price at Undeveloped. (Check Out This Domain name; www.BlackManRealEstate.com)

4. Another area is sending email, i.e when contacting end users. A customer support may not really attend to your email. One of the cool areas to get the authentic email of the decision maker/owner is to take the domain name to whois.com

All these I listed have worked for me and still working for me up till today.
