If your hubby complains about feeing formular.. when next you are breast feeding tell him to sit opposite you within arms reach and use your free hand pinch his nipple for the duration of the feeding... intensify or relase your grip base on how your own nipples are hurting
if he makes any sound..... just tell him "darlin, endure!" After 30 mins. Na im go wash bottle give you.

If she is formular fed, formular is fortified with all dhe needs

If she is breastfed, make sure YOU are taking vitamins formulated for breastfeeding mums. She will get ALL she needs from you . Except she is peescribed extra by a doctor

If ur lo is up to a month and u r not busty ( like breast weh scatter everywhere), u should learn how to breastfeed baby while both of u sleep and as soon as ur lo is sleeping, stylishly and gently remove nipple from ur lo's lips (lecturing from personal experience). Buh, if ur lo is nt on EBF, u should feed ur lo well @ nite, let's say by 10 p.m then top up wth breast milk so dt ur lo can sleep for a reasonable duration.

I woke her up to feed. In fact she fed with sleepy eyes a nd promptly went back to sleep. Been doing this every two hours now and each time she has gone right back to sleep but I'm not fooled because this baby showed me something two days ago and yesterday.

Please am still bleeding post delivery and am tired, all the prescription I was given to stop it, isnt working. It will stop and continue that same day. Doctor said I should repeat augmentin, flagyl and trexaminaic acid. This drugs are expensive and getting it twice wouldnt be nice as the one I took before didnt yeild any progress.
Please who can recommend a sure-fire remedy to my problem plz... no read pass me abeg,

My zizi will just hold the bweast tight cuz he knws I would remove it while I wake and he doesnt like it.

Lolllzzzz.... Chai.... God help mothers. At least, once baby is sucking while sleeping, the nursing mother should also rest her eyes and it'll surprise u dt wen u wake up in a few second, ur lo is fast asleep. It worked like magic for me.

I'm sorry I cldnt drop my bs on time vigilante tins.

So Edd was 13/7 according to lmp n 8/7 according to scan. Went for my routine check on d 3rd. I was already so heavy n tired n my plan was to convince the doctor to booked me for an elective cs dat week due to my last history n also 38th weeks gone.
As God would have it the doctor took d words right out of my mouth, booking me for cs on 7/7. So he told me to lie down so he can check the baby, only for him to say 'Madam you are contracting' I was like ha ! contracting ke. Told me he's taking me in for an emergency cs cos I'm not allowed to go into labour.
I stood up confused, eh.. all my plans no food at home as I was suppose to go to d market from the hospital to restock while I'll be away. Hmmm... My hair nko, I never do am.
I sha called le hub to come pick me so I can get my bags. Came back to the hosp , was admitted. There were like two emergency cases to be attended to so I wasn't taken in till d next day being 4th. They brought out my choco baby in less than 15 mins to the glory of God n d rest is history.

Lol na 6mths make u shout, my son just freed us frm vigilante at 18m+. He's 21m now. Abeg na to accept n embrace ur own package as it comes o, babies are different but each is adorable in their own way that as parents, we dnt even know where d strength to keep going comes from The description "bundle of joy" fits them perfectly cos they come armed with such charm that even as they can make u want to tag "for sale" on their forehead atimes, u'r still not ur complete self when they'r not around lol as troublesome as my son can be that most times I wish someone wld jst help me ship him off for a month, if he goes out to play I still won't be able to sleep instead i'll be watching him play from d window with this gooey look on my face lol. Pack some amount of sands:


Then go home













Get a lantern:
With the sand tied inside the hanky like piece of cloth:











Heat the tied hanky atop the lantern
Make sure you test it on your self first(making sure itiz not too hot for the pikin)

I have gone and they prescribed misoprotol which I have taken and inserted, yet nothing.
