I learnt that white chalk is not good for preggy mamas. Pls don't take it biko.
If u r lucky before u get to week 20, spitting should stop.....if not embrace ur gift.

I am not really sure . Though i heard it contains a little nicotine i guess that's why. All i know is that when a friend recommended it to me, she told me not to swallow al though there were times i did. So i am not really sure if its harmfyl or not.

I want to rant o. I haven't felt like eating food for some time, all of a sudden I felt like eating jollof rice. So I called my mother in law to help me buy some from a canteen on her way back home. Being the Angel that she is, she bought sweet sensation jollof rice and chicken(God bless her kind heart). I done thank mama for . I finished eating and then threw it all up....u can imagine. I started crying almost immediately.

While doing my NYSC, I learnt tailoring somewhere, the madam of the shop (she's igbo) normally chews it. I actually thought she was crazy.. Cos I thought it looked like the chalk we used in marking clothes for sewing..

She later told me its native chalk, that's it's good for health, and just to keep her mouth busy.

I thought that was boring, cos I tasted it, taste like the smell of wet sand, like clay, like powder, I can't even describe it.. But I recall it makes the mouth dry for a while..

I will definitely try it.. Cos I remember the taste and how it feels

30th June i ate this fantabulous BBQ fish only to throw d WHOLE thing upto the chips

its been a while! A lot of pages to catch up..Sleep allowed me to finally reach the current page..Other days I sleep of while trying to read a page..
Motherhood is really an interesting hood...I have not had any decent sleep since los arrival, when lo's awake am awake, when lo's sleeping i rush to fix one or two things when am through about to take some rest and possibly sleep that's when lo is waking up... Pre delivery, i used to have almost the whole day to my self surfing and surfing the net but now I only get to go through my phone at night when we've retired for bed and lo will be sleeping as well...Its not easy I most confess but glory be to God to be part of this experience..

I came across a maama asking for mice solution..if you are not afraid of cat then get one or two and keep as pet..I bet you those mice will vacate in no distance time..

Hello all, since nzu is bad for bitter tasting mouth, can i use vicks blue sweet? I get headaches from chewing gum.
Besides i like the coolness of vicks blue and the smell/taste doesn't irritate me like other sweets.
