Make dey go Uniben, UI, or Ekiti state University make I hear say no be 3rd class dey do take finish...

If me go covenant I go even set another standard
The standard at covenant is higher than the universities u mentioned.

The difference is that covenant is like secondary school. Students are forced to focus their studies!
No phones!

Before anyone comes to attack CU let's not forget that Unilag produced over 230 first class for this year alone.

And before anyone query the contribution of all these first class degrees to Nigeria pls let us also query the value of UK first classes to Nigeria because at least there are more UK first class recipients in Nigeria than there are those from CU.
TheVictorious were u in CU today?

Honestly, I would have taken you seriously until I checked your profile and saw that you are following 23 females and just 2 males. What am I trying to say here? You have got no point. If you are mentioning me again, pls don't fail to use upstairs

How does that put money in your pocket or bank account. U want me to follow only guys? I was born by a female so i am bound to like the opposite sex d more. Talk about the issue on ground and stop pipping into my profile girl.

If u want to be on d list I can help ur ministry.... grin grin

These are just some little products done in CU over years ago mostly by PG students. These days we've made far more progress in Research and Innovation than any public university. So because we don't shout doesn't mean we are not relevant.
Carbon Emission Free integrated dual engine vehicle with air condition
produced by Covenant University.
Carbon Emission Free integrated dual engine tri-cycle.
Interlocking Brick making machine
Solar PV (Semiconductor-based technology used to convert solar radiation into
direct electrical and power electrical appliances).
Multipurpose Cowpea Dehullar (Machine used in removing seed coat and to
separate shaff from seed). It has a throughput of 35kg per minutes.
Wind Turnel. Determines terminal velocity of materials. The terminal velocity
is usually used in designing.

Personally, I don't like private universities though i was opportune to gain admission into IUO;of course i declined my dad's importunate plea to attend a private uni after i failed my first JAMB. To cut the long story short, i discovered that private universities are meant for people who could not pass JAMB and Post JAMB. You cannot compare a Fed uni with a private uni. I am not hating on anybody because it doesn't add any kobo to my bank account..

Keep quiet if you didn't understand what you are asking!
Only a fool would not believe that a 3rd class in government uni will bag a 1st class in CU

I remembered when I was in undergrad, in a particular course everybody scored so high in d test. The lowest mark is 26/30. To unknown expectations while everybody is expecting A's, the lecturer had to make further adjustments to our exam questions in order to make the exam questions harder by setting advanced questions we weren't thought! We asked him why he did such to us and he answered that he's meant to lecture us the fundamentals and we to study more in details. Can u experience such in private unis?
In Nigerian private unis, you can easily walk up to the lecturers and talk how to adjust ur scores out with them. That is what u paid for.

I understand what you mean by it being a saving grace for some people but you know some of them who don't see themselves as downcasts that could not pass JAMB later turn out well. It's all a matter of one's individual input into life that determines the output. But some were made to go due to what their parents wanted like a girl I know she had the best WAEC result in kd and also the second best JAMB and she's studying elect elect in my school and till now sef she's on a 4.92 CGPA... So u may be right.... But also looking at it critically JAMB was just not fair to some people like my junior Bro set when the wrote JAMB the highest in ppt was 208 which was scored by the best in their set while guys that wrote cbt the lowest was 215 that's why some times I don't like using JAMB as a yardstick.

So are you trying to say that there has to be a balance. That's
A girl or a guy can't "slay" or look good and be smart at the same time
They have to choose one, being dumb or looking good

Pls read this again and see if there is any sense in your comment?
By the way, the reason why I referenced your profile was because I don't think you would be following those girls if they don't look good. So are you then saying that those girls are dumb too or rather they are smart upstairs but ugly outside that's why you are following them.

When I was in secondary then, 70% of my classmates had their minds in private universities. The other 22%, had theirs in Europe. Us the remaining 8% were the ones going to federal schools. Me then, would tell them that employers usually favor graduates with a federal degree than those with a private degree. Mehn that was high level of hating. So I can definitely identify a hateful comment. Though I went to Bells sha./soldierboy1

You are a perfect paragon of what the Oxford dictionary defines as a fool to think that your SHUT UP meant anything to me, i only mentioned that to point out the stupidity you have acquired over time.

Let me reiterate here again in the interest of emphasis that private universities are refuge for those who could not pass jamb.

whether you agree with me or not is inconsequential but i hold that truth to be self evident.
