as it witnessed in the theatrical spectacle migration of
people in a fleet of cars numbering over two hundred
involving foreign expatriates and notable
Nigerians.As they converged first at the local govt. where
presentation in power point and press briefing was
held with the likes of Dr. Lukman Balaji ,Chairman
Gasoline Associates Ltd fielding questions from the
crowd and gentlemen of the press before moving to the
proposed site of the refinery.
The most important thing in all this is that the construction of the 100,000 barrels per day modular refinery will commence in
few weeks time and more than 10,000 Nigerians
will get a job.

The day should be at the door by now

the project should have started by now. we dont know whats delaying it.......

They have started calling applicants but first on security, others follow and before ending of this year, none would be left out.

Be calm.

@ Ifeolami, please any update on the training for the Security applicants??

It is not official to say this but to kindle many applicants Hope and to bring hypersensitive hopes to death so that Original hope as God define could revive the minds of many applicants in this forum.


Note that applicants are many, some people were before you and department applied for is different also.

Part of security applicants has been shortlisted because training is batch by batch.

Dont know how you get your information. For now I haven't heard of anyone that has received any message. Similar story came up last year june when we heard that the company have started calling electricians and masons. I appied June 2015.

If you heard that they were calling electrician, that may not be for refinery purpose but maybe head office in Lagos.

Now, ask anyone applied for security in 2013/2014 the question and see the changes or if any doubt, go to 147 itele road, doctor bus stop, Otta, Ogun State to confirm Mr Thomas.

Applicants are called as their services is needed on the site.

Security officers first; Safety officer next; field Cordinator officers/Contractors next; Field Supervisors next/ machine operators next; Engineers follow like that like that.
