Tracked wiffy and Lil baby's application on the UKVISA website and it shows that the application has been decided since August 9th but it's nt yet updated on the tls contact site. Submitted since June 22. I am thinking of going to the VAC tmrw to see if the passport are back.
Please any update from TLS yet? My mummy has a similar timeline decision was made on the 10th

You need to let your company know ASAP of the application status, not straight forward means they are gonna do more verfication on your documents or they might need to speak to your employer or you in the future. If your employer are so desperate for you to start then they may consult a lawyer on your behalf.

Good evening to you all. I appreciate all your responses on this tread.it has been so informative. Thanks.

I need some advice on the following questions below.

1 I am currently working on my account. But I want to find out if there is no fault if I submit payslips that does not tally with the months of statement of account. such as having March-August payslips (Payslips come late) and Bank statement of May-October. I am a civil servant.

2 I belong to a cooperative society that has been deducting my money since I gained employment. The deductions are captured on the payslips. I want to pay some money into the cooperative account and I will therefore apply for my contribution later to be paid into my account. I have the intention of explaining this as the source of the money. will this be a smart move because I have the intention of collecting a letter from the cooperative as a back up and I will explain this too. This is a big cooperative with above 10,000 members.

Looking forward to your responses.

I will advise that you read back on this thread. Someone did just what you are proposing and was denied. I will suggest that instead of transferring the money to your bank account, you rather submit your a copy cooperative passbook showing the total amount you have saved with a cover letter from the cooperative indicating this amount and that the money is yours and avaliable for your use when needed.

Thanks for your response. I appreciate. Another twist is that I will need this money for some other things. I want it to be readily available rather than going through the rigours of applying and meeting the conditions of the cooperative at that time that is needed. It sometimes take more than one month to access the fund. The money is in the region of 400k. And it is captured on the payslips.

Good morning, good people. I am a civil servant. please, like how much is considered money lodgement?

Also I have another source that pays me from the region of 20-50 on my account. I sometimes receive credit alert of that region every week. This is the money I usually spend. It makes my salary intact. will this not affect my application if it is noticed that the other source of money is not disclosed and my salary is not touched. What can be done if this can affect my application?

I quite appreciate your situation. However, the ECO are under stress to decide a lot of application, so putting a sum of N400K in your account before you apply is money lodgement wether it belongs to you or not. So why try to explain something you can avoid. It is not the closing balance in a bank statement that is important, but the sources of funding declared to support your financial position that matters.

Money lodgement is any significant amount of fund entering into your account within six months that is out of trend. It does not matter if the money is yours or not. Many applicants get into trouble trying to explain these fund. It is not possible not to touch your salary unless you're working in more than one place. You will find it difficult to convince the ECO why your salary is not touched. Be the way how much is your salary per month? If you have multiple income sources, then mention it your online application form and provide documents to support it.

@ ekpotek it is possible not to touch your salary of you trade in forex ( but that can be explained with trade history) if you are using a trader however might be difficult to prove.

Hi everyone, so after four years since my UK visa refusal, I wanna apply again. but, I've lost my international passport. how do i get through this? is it really a big issue? thanks

.

Unless you have multiple sources of income! Then the applicant must declare these sources on the online application form. For example you can be in a paid employment and also be doing business along the line that brings in substantial income at is reflected on regularly on your bank statement. This business must be declared on the form and provide documentation to back it up as regular sources of income. Forex trading is a business and needs to be declared. Showing just a trade history may not be enough! You may also need a cover letter from the trading platform owners to support your forex trading activities.

Get a new passport and apply. When asked about your previous passport, provide the passport number and declare that it is missing/lost. In any case, UKVI will have the information of your previous passport if you have ever used it to apply for a UK visa before!

I don't have the number, I only used it when I was a minor to apply, since the refusal, I couldn't find it. I will check their mails to me if they included my passport number there. thanks

If is an e-passport, you can get the passport number, by simply taking your newly issued passport to immigration office and let them trace back your passport application history! Next time keep a copy of your passport biodata in a safe place.
