Unless people! The only way to woo investors by upgrading your infrastructure - transportation, communication, and most importantly power supply. If you can't generate basic electricity and good transportation network, everything else you're doing to woo investors is joke. Blind leaders of the blind! O pari 2 Likes |

Bluffly:Agreed but to think that such resources had always existed without our discovery. For mining these metals such that we can compete price-wise, we would need equipment we simply don't produce, we require methods we haven't mastered. In addition, would our prejudices accommodate a fellow Nigerian of a different tribe investing without the usual backlash? All these things reveal how primitive our thoughts are and how limited our capacity is. |

Senseless and Stupid Country. Wise countries see Nickel, they are thinking of Industrialization, Advanced Materials, Alloys an Technology. Nigeria see Nickel and they begin to think money: let's sell it and get foreign exchange to spend. Oh God, When would we come out of this mental slavery? 5 Likes |

Blue3k:Processing for what? Nickel is never used in isolation. If Ajaokuta was alive you may have a point...but, we do not have a single industry to absorb the Nickel. It is profitable to act cultured! 1 Like |

Why not encourage indigenous investors and attract portfolio foreign investors to participate? Well Guinea has the world highest Bauxite deposit yet Guinea is one of the poorest countries in Africa (if not the poorest sef). Thanks to Australian Alcoa that ferry all the Aluminium ore offshore, leaving nothing for the owner. Imagine Australia Alcoa is world number one Aluminium producer courtesy Guinea Bauxite...Aye ma nika o. As Fayemi look /posh reach e never learn from the misfortune of Guinea and other African cointries. Or should we just say that black race is under a curse? Why is it so add for us to process any of our mineral under the ground? Why do we have to wait for oyinbo people to always process our mineral resources and have them shipped away under our korokoro eye? Africa my fatherland . We shall overcome someday. 1 Like |
