been a while i posted here. DW is due for Oct 15 (Sex is XX). At the 2nd Trimester, Baby weight was barely 2KG and suddenly today baby weight is 4.8KG. What can DW be doing to reduce weight of lo biko

My hospital gave me 3.9 at 38 weeks I went to another and was given 5kg! I almost passed out and started starving my poor baby and myself only to re do it again at 40+ and baby was weighing 5.5.

I gave birth a week later to a 4kg on dot baby.

Point is most of this scan is hardly accurate!

Let her cut down on carbs and sugar! Weight is mainly genetic anyways.

This one people are having big babies,iyam getting scared. My 2nd baby of 3.5 gave me serious tear not to talk of 4.something. Pls biko incase anyone finds out what is making babies big,pls tell me oo,let me start avoiding them.

Please teamie don't play with ur prenatals o, if not much folic acid will do for now or u can get pregnacare as u only have to take one tablet of it a day. I started taking prenatals before I conceived!

I've been having a hard time swallowing my drugs especially bcomplex (the smell is nauseating) and ferrous so what i do is to take all doses at night, wrapping each in my morsel of amala or eba or watevr, I hope this is ok nd nt going to disturb my lo?

U can switch to folic acid by Emzor, its really tiny and odourless.. Its about N250 for 100 tablets.. At first I. Started with d folic acid + bco by Dr Meyer, realized it was making me eat a lot and had a bad odour so I changed to emzor.

I do lots of fruit and vegetables.

forget pregnacare.. I dumped mine with the speed of light as soon as my hospital prescribed folic acid and iron tablets. they specifically told me to stop using pregnacare since I would start using the drugs they gave me..

at d moment sef, I'm temporarily using only folic acid.. cos I felt iron is increasing my MS symptoms..

pregnacare drug is just too fat for my throat and smells disgusting to me. I was happy to stop its use.

I lost my baby at 10weeks yesterday,my angel that was gonna make me a mummy.Was already counting down to the day I would hold my baby. I just wish its all a dream.My body aches but my heart aches more.
