Hello house.
please i need your input on this issue.I am currently on tier 2 visa .However, i got married in Nigeria few months back and i want my spouse to come and join me. We both have sufficient funds in our account in the last 90days. But i stay with a relative here in uk. my question is
will i need to include tenancy agreement with the application?
Do I need a cover letter?
can i apply for him with my own visa application page?
Which other documents will be included asides the bank statement and TB test?

Thanks for your help.

Hello everyone.. Please my parents were recently refused a uk visitor visa. Reason being that they used a business account to apply. While surfing the net as to why that could be the reason, I discovered that the UK immigration doesn't approve applications lodged with business statement of account. My question now is that should my dad transfer the money into his savings account and reapply? And how soon can they reapply? Attached is the screen shot photo of my findings on the internet about using business accounts along side UK visa application. Please your valuable opinions will be highly appreciated. Thanks

He should have explained in a letter the reason why he wanted to use business money to pay for his trip.

Better still he can transfer the money to his personal account then run the account for like 6 months after the money was moved to the account.

Hello,
Sorry to bother you all but ive tried to read and cant seem to find the exact answer to my question.

Husband and i are uk citizens and want to invite my sister for a visit, she is a final year student.
She had been denied last year for no proof of sustenance on her part despite her stating my parents would sponsor along with their bank statements.
We want to be the sponsors this time around.
Please what would she use as her tie to NIgeria? How do i prove relationship with her? My father wants to send her like 500k into her account to boost it,they are the ones sponsoring her education.Do they need to also say they will sponsor her and write a letter with their bank statement too?
I also want to ask from my end what bank account to use,Husband is self employed and does not have payslips,do we attach business account statements,i will add my payslips.
Hardly leave money in current account except for bills, rest go into savings.the joint account in our names is for grocery shopping and daily expenses which dont have any extras at all.Once the bills go,the accounts are empty ish.
2 savings accts in my name like 60k ish?Husband ISA in his name also like 10k.Should i throw in all of them as well as the near empty current accounts in our separate and joint names?
The sponsor letter we are writing together.

Thanks and sorry for the epistle. Please can i not be quoted as i would want to delete after im answered.

1. What is the relationship between your older uncle and your aunt ?
The older uncle is the youngest brother of my aunties mother who happens to be in the UK.

2. What docs were used to prove the relationship?
nothing was used to prove because we didn’t actually know how to go about this therefore we are please hoping you’d help us with how.Thank you sir

3. What is he purpose of the UK visit?
Family visit cum tourism

4 We want to see the refusal letter, remember to cross out delicate details like name and application ref.

Please I have attached it duly.Thank you

5. Your younger cousin sponsoring does not help much. It's not always about the person sponsoring,so they can have billions and applicant might still be refused. Reverting back to your younger uncle might be seen as a desperate move. You need to address the concerns in the refusal, and not seeking alternative avenues to get into the UK.

Its not actually my younger cousin but rather My aunties direct younger brother, her backborn sibling. They share the same mother and same father.

Thank you so much Mr. Brightingsus. I really appreciate how you are taking time to help.

Due for appointment 26th September being next Tuesday but had to cancel due to office issues yesterday, 21st September. Will I be able to get my refund in 28 days time? The site says cancellation acceptable 5 days or more to appointment day. My question is, is weekend inclusive in the 5 days?

Secondly, can a cancelled appointment be reopened and how? The issue had been resolved today and company about to pay the training fee that made me cancel the appointment yesterday.

Urgent answers please.

Good evening all. I hope our day's going well?
My sister has been refused her UK visa to join her husband who is a full-time pastor with one of the the big churches.
Please find attached the letter that came with the refusal.
She submitted everything they asked for.
Please I'd like some advice and pointers to what to do next. She applied in exactly 6weeks ago. With an "A-rated sponsor".
1. Her sponsor is her husband's employer(the church). There was a letter from them.
2. She submitted husband's documents(utility bills, rent agreement, his visa, etc.)
3. Marriage cert., pictures from registry, health surcharge...In short, the whole nine yards.

And they have concluded all the traditional and church wedding ceremonies last weekend.

So what do we do? She is devastated and I live in Europe. The least I could do is help her fire back.

Thank you.

Did she declared she was a student in her last application?

if yes the ECO erred by asking for means of sustenance from a full time student going on a trip wholly sponsor.

.......................
There is no point in anyone loading her account for visa application, all she need to attach are proof her studentship such as Admission letter,School ID, A letter from her school attesting to her studentship in that school, possibly the printout of her past results.

From your own side,Your Savings Account statement,Hubby Savings statement,Your Pay slip,Your Salary Account Printout + proof of Address and Nationality or Resident.

From your parents back at home who have been sponsoring her education,Their statement of Account A letter clearly stating that tthey are the parents and have been responsible for her upkeep, stating who she is visiting, her relationship and for how long the visit will last.

I think those should be enough

Hello house. Thank you, justwise. I have been a guest reader for 2 years now. Today, I decided to register because I have a question to ask.

My question is - If someone in Nigeria, a brother is sponsoring his brother for visit to a friend in the UK, is it only the bank account statement of the sponsor that's needed or will the person being sponsored also submit his own bank account statement?

Thank you.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Nobody: 6:37pm On Sep 22, 2017
Why come here to ask questions when they have already given you expo of what they want to give out the visa just follow it one by one give them more proofs and u will see them give it to you mind you the eco really wants to give this visa but needs more convincing evidence hence the reason you are given admin review
