Is not all lawyer that can win a case, I am an engineer but I see a double standard in the judgement because sometime ago justice Binta of Federal high court declared that ipob is not an illegal group. So lawyer what do u have to say ?

What was once a legal group can transmute to an illegal group when their activities becomes illegal. You get the rationale now? Because an entity is declared legal doesn't mean it cannot be declared illegal when they act contra bonus more. Due process has been followed in accordance with Terrorism Act, so nothing is ultra vires as we speak...Ipob would've been good without BSS formation, hate speeches, and war threats etc. Try and read U.N Charter and you will know inciting hate is even an international crime ...
