Okay, so after about a month plus of reading and continuous research on Amazon KDP, I eventually published my first book. All thanks to God and to MK8 for this thread. PS: I noticed that the subcategories I intended to publish my book wasn't available to me. I was made to choose other subcategories. How do I get Kindle to publish my book under the right subcategory?

I do all my designs by myself. You see, you have to learn some of these skills. The ecover was something that kept me away from Kindle and ebook publishing for almost a year. But MK8 challenged me to learn to do this. I do it with an online ecover design tool here - http://www.adazing.com/cover-mocks-2/

You can also design with Kdp design tool.

Both are free and you can do a lot with them. Just need to practice.

You can't really get the exact value. The basic thing is:
Payoneer will charge you $3.15/transaction.
Nigerian banks don't disclose how much they charge.

I always use the First Bank ATM. I was debited $29.4 for the #9000 I withdrawn yesterday. The more you withdraw, the better for you, but most Nigerian ATMs are not paying more than 20k these days.

That's a better choice anyway. I only use the ATM option when I need urgent cash and the dollar on the card is not up to the $50 minimum transferable.

i dont have a bank account i could use. i also dont have the required identity cards to register on payoneer. i thought, one way or the other i could upload and go ahead with getting the required bank stuffs so i would be ready before withdrawal.

what can i do please, i need to publish the book asap

Select the option for cheque payment for now. Once you have gotten a payoneer card, you can then switch to EFT.
