Why is it that the places that were inconclusive all have PDP leading?

Where is this result coming from. We read on monday this week that APC had 17 LGAs while PDP had 4, and that election did not take place in only 2 LGAs.

I've never seen a state governor in nigeria allow his own state electoral commission (who are under his payroll)
to conduct an LGA election and the opposition party wins one single local government.

An Ayo Fayose would never allow APC win one single LGA.

Nyesom Wike of my own Port Harcourt would never allow APC win one single LGA in an election conducted by RISIEC.

Instead of all these demeaning comments and chest beating El Rufai deserves some accolades.
