A great percentage, if not all of his points are false. But the truth is there is something inherently wrong about masturbation. That guilt feeling is something else, even before the act, your spirit man is unsettled which advertently comes with that deep rooted desire to stop it. It is an unclean addiction.

masturbated for over a decade. it hasn't changed
anything about me.
= I still look very robust

I can see there are a lot of illiterates on this thread. Masturbation is a natural act that millions of people and animals do and it has non of the negative physical effects you will see these people write. And to all these religious people who want to kill themselves over someone else`s body: Why would a god who created entire universe care about what I do with my body even though it doesn`t harm me?
