The embryo is needed for the DNA sample and Pituitary programming but the stem-cell physiology can be morphed up in a few days and incubated in fertilized fluid culture and readied for take off as soon as programming is completed. If you alter the 'environment' of the culture, like temperature, pressure and introduce specific catalysts, I see no reason you should not have bone structures that when oxygenated shouldnt harden in few days. The rest of the time after the hybernation is to teach the person to walk and move and talk.
