Dear all, I gave my rx350 2007 lexus to mechanic to replace atf ws and paid him for that but to my surprise he bought atf t-iv. He claims the t-iv is okay. My question is this. Do i drain the atf and put the type atf ws or i can still use the type iv for a while. Good day Oga Gazzuzz, I have a CEL on my Toyota Camry 2003 and ran a scan yesterday. The codes detected are P0442, P0446 and P0441. Is it something I should be weary of? I have attached some photos taken at the vehicle optimum running temperature too.

Gshakiru: Fuel tank unable to hold a vacuum. Check evap system. Look out for fuel tank cover, fuel pump assy seal, purge valve in engine bay. 1 Like |

Dear GAZZUZZ. Good day. I drive a Siena and I have been noticing that the car drags at times when on the highway ie it is sluggish. I have serviced the injector, changed gear oil but no improvement. Please help. |

pek: a lot of factors could result in vehicle drag. Sadly without proper Diagnosis it would be impossible to pinpoint the exact culprit. Remote solution unavailable. Please see a technician who can use modern diagnostic tools. 1 Like |

Dear all I am having some electrical issues with my 2009 mazda 6s GT. 1)The car start button doesn't work appropriately. On hitting the break to start the car, the red light comes up instead of the normal green light though the car will start. Turning the car off, one must press and hold the button for about a minute before the engine goes off. 2) The whole alarms light are on the dashboard and the remote key is not functioning appropriately 3) During driving on auto, the transmission doesn't pick gear fast so i have to drive it on manual mode 4)I took the car to a repair yard and i was told my driver entered a ditch of water and there was water ingress and they have not been able to solve or tell me what particular component or components is the issue. slay1: scan results will reveal defective modules. Sadly your vehicle is a mazda and the electrical parts are like a needle in a haystack to procure locally. |
