Exactly the problem of the Church. No vision. No spiritual discernment. Utter blindness. No voice, no prophecy. No Spiritual revelation. No revival. No manifestation. No new move of God. Still stuck in same spot. Still relying in Yesterday's revivalists to plot tomorrow's revival for us. Kumuyi is a vessel...with his own dimension.... there are other vessels with their own dimensions. The Holy Spirit is not stereotyped. Instruct your own Sir, let others be instructed as well.
The Church must speak up against the Islamic threat and revolution facing it...it is instructed.

That means Elijah should have left Ahab & Jezebel alone. Samuel should have left Saul alone

You savour of everything that's foolish and stupid!

What the revered Pastor said was biblical. The bible does not brook it's adherents to insult/attack leaders (both political and spiritual leaders) because, according to the Bible, all power is given to men by God. That drives home the point why David didn't kill Saul despite Saul's spiritual treachery.

And of course, Kumuyi being a pastor, was reminding every true believer and adherent of the bible not to destructively attack the President which is at all fours with scriptural tenets.

You were there when he collected his own share? You call him a crook pastor? What crooked thing did he do? Just for preaching from the Bible? You better repent or you face the wrath of God. That man is not one of those fake pastors you can just talk about anyhow without repercussion.

Ok......

Nigeria type of Christianity is poo. Christ sure criticize the Jewish leadership. The Pharisees and sarducees heard the plain truth from the almighty. Not Nigerian GOs that will be speaking from the two sides of their mouth.

A lot of those gods are super rich....hence... they have lost touch with reality. Elites in the society don't really care so far they are doing great and feared by dia congratulations

I love your first paragraph, it's good bro. but your second paragraph is wrong my brother, you are dividing the body of Christ ( the church). I am not a Redeemer or a living faith goer. thank you, happy Sunday.

What exactly is Shehu all about?... athe man seems to loose it sometimes. Did Kumuyi threaten to arrest anybody for insulting leaders?

Of course anybody has the right to criticise or even insult anyone they wish to insult but whilst that is okay in the law, does it necessarily mean it is okay in the sight of God?... Last time I checked, Kumuyi was speaking from the religious perspective.
ahahaha see this one !!!! how long have you read your Bible if you are even a Christian? see let me Nathan rebuked David, Samuel rebuked Saul, Elijah rebuked and condemned Ahab , even john the Baptist condemned herod ! now I have never see kumuyi condemning the Fulani's killing in the country why hmmm it seems has lost the respect I have for him because he has lost his Bible memories.

No I am not pained. You seem to be the one emotionally invested in defending a man. But you still haven't answered the pertinent question. Is that what you were taught in Church as a christian? To roll in the mud with every Tom, Dick and Harry?

How did we get here?

How did we become a nation of people who cannot express themselves or disagree without resorting to insults and invectives?

Kumuyi is simply saying, talk, but avoid demeaning and debasing public officials. We are setting bad precedents for unborn generations of this nation.
