Good morning and I hope we all had a nice night. At first I didn’t want to say anything but I will put my input here. Yes the said man told me about the psp and he told me it wasn’t hacked he never used it because it wasn’t hacked and it’s expensive to hack it over there in ilorin so it’s a win for me if I can pay the said amount and then hack it since it will be cheaper for me in Lagos I said cool I will and we agreed the price and all said everything was functioning well no issues I said ok. He sent the psp with his money 2k from ilorin and I went to pick it up Monday morning paid the driver #500 collected the psp and called the guy that will hack to please come over so he can see if it’s possible to hack and all first thing the guy noticed was that the psp has no screw holding the console 2. Psp Memory card is bad 3 it goes of while it’s on for some time. So I told the guy to please see if all can be fixed and he charged me #11000 he took the psp away and till this moment I haven’t seen the psp yet because there is a 2weeks locked down which everybody know and I send this bro’s a voice note “he should chill abeg that once the lockdown is over I will forward his funds” only to see this call out this morning. Oga I no fight you ooo but ontop psp I no fit run I’ve bought device and sold device several times no hassles but this issue we could have solved with any call out of anything.
Please, when someone is dragging your name and wants to stain it in the mud, don't go and be saying "I didn't want to say anything." You need to clear yourself. It's important.
If he has lied, sorry for everything.

But let's get to the story...
1. Did you test it before taking it to the hacker?
2. The 3 faults you mentioned, did you inform the original owner about it first, before giving it away for repairs?
3. What did the original owner say about it?

OP when you're ready to buy that your phone I'll support you with something small. If the guy has a conscience I'm sure he'll come clean. Be more careful next time.

If the psp was in bad shape like you said, you should have returned it immediately. You trying to repair it before paying the seller is just dumb. It doesn't make any sense. Guy, think am nau.

Lack of communication na him cause all this wahala. If the psp seemed defective, you'd have alerted the owner then you guys negotiate on the way forward.

Since you found out that the PSP is not in good shape. You should have informed him immediately and sent it back to him if you don't want to pay him. But you went ahead and sent it to a repairer and delayed the seller's funds. Not fair.

You'd have carried him along regardless. I'm sure I would've felt duped if I was in his position.

Like someone suggested, if it didn't look as good as you were told or wasn't working well, you'd have sent it back. Call/text him so you guys can settle this privately, it's not too late to do the right thing.

Mods should push this topic to Frontpage so that others will learn.

If you are a seller on NL dont trust anybody with your goods without paying upfront.

Dont trust anyone with your COD offers.

The PSP has no issues I can swear on my life with that. Even at the park I was told to on/off it severally to check if it was working.
This PSP has been with me since last year while I was serving. I charge it and even leave it on for weeks it doesn’t goes off, so miraculously it got to you and started switching off.
Have you ever thought of it that the guy you have to hack it tampered with it??
What does hacking of the PSP has to do with screws??
I shouldn’t have called you out when you’ve been seeing my messages and not replying?
You never thought I was gonna pull this stunt on you.
I needed the money that’s why I opted to sell the console, a PSP vita at that price and you here saying this and that.

Shady. You would have returned it right away. You broke the initial agreement to pay on delivery. Anything you do or say about that is not in your favour.

If I have memory card for it won’t I have games on it? I never used a memory card, I never played any game on that console. So I had no idea.
If I wasn’t so sure about the console, would I even pay for delivery and trusted you that much? Reason am.

Hear you

You talking uncomposed and beating around the bush

That's not the agreement

Immediately the PSP wasn't in good condition, you return it

And if you need it, you should have informed him first

Pay his 8k and stop complaining that it is in bad condition

Son of a bitch
