Imo state has New Owerri and there is also a New City planned to be launched by the new government.

Beautiful but just one out of many of such estates in Owerri. The Enugu State government has done better in projecting the real estate developments than the Imo counterpart so I expect the new Imo government to also join his Enugu counterpart to show the world the stuff we got. Heroes apartment and Akachi layout can compete with any estate in the world.
