My application status says "In progress" for three weeks.

My contact at Transcript office in UNILAG confirmed that transcript was transmitted to WES almost 3 weeks ago.

I called WES customer care (US) last Wednesday, the lady said the matter will be escalated to the evaluation team for status update but still the same.

Please advise

You are not alone and WES is not coming out to say the truth.

They is a one-time email address WES do provide for them to email to.

Yes, the first one was done after about 40 days when I am suppose to get my evaluation because it taking long they now started saying I need to redo verification which has been done. This I can confirm.


WES is just slow in updating system.

I had to reach out to them to even confirm they got my result in the first place before it was updated on my profile.

I need advice.


WES keep sending verification to my school and I keep paying for it and my school always send email confirming they have verified and sent to WES

Did not purchase it ,the installer did and he opted for foreign used panel because he wanted actual capacity and he said he tested it.

I have 2 335 watt panels with :
1. Maximum power voltage ( 37.6 V ).
2. Maximum power current ( 8.91 A ).

* If the 2 panels are connected in series,
Output = 8.91 A and 75.2 Volts

* If the 2 panels are connected in parallel,
Output = 17.82 A and 37.6 Volts

Just to confirm if the above calculation is correct?

My 60 amps PWM is delivering a maximum of 8.7 A at peak and voltage as high as 65 volts during float with the panels in parallel connection.

This is a 12V setup ( 220 amps tubular battery and battery hardly gets full in a day without usage during the day.

Just to confirm if my connection was done right.
