You still have to thank God that recruitment is carried out in the State of Osun, imagine SUBEB, Teaching Service Commission and also Civil Service Commission. But in our own Ondo State (The State of Pride) here, we no see anything like recruitment but rather the working class are being intimidated and made to go through rigorous screening exercise so that the government can get a handful of them to send parking. I just they will employ after sending those ones parking.

Consider that the total revenue for this state has never been up to half of total revenue in Lagos. Also consider that they have about twice the land mass of Lagos State to develop, and yet they have more roads per square km, a fully functional airport, complete with hangar.

In Lagos, we're still talking about how we will "soon" start building an airport, 13 years after the idea was first broached by thiefnubu.

I also noticed that there is no single toll road in Uyo. Not one! And all the roads are better than our single toll road in Lagos.

If you complaining of Fashola in Lagos state, what then will you say of Broda Segun in Ondo state deceiving us with his petty caring heart Programs. How I wish he could see this and compare with the two roundabouts and one fountain he did in Ondo state and yet proclaiming about that he has turned Ondo state to small London. jethro2: @ sunky644. I would be lying if i say this is the step by step guide of having a group or a co operative. Its a day by day learning. Thats why i couldnt send anything to your mail. First and foremost you need people of like minds. This you can do by getting your neigbours, thank God for internet and Seun for nairaland. Go to your state co operative federation, ask for any assisstance they can render. Ask about the registration process, the documents and book keeping. The members will decides the bye law and constitution together. Get a sample copy of bye law. You will also need a venue to meet. Will keep posting as i remember. You may need to visit the ministry of co operatives. Be careful not to get swindle by the local government authorities. Its advisable to lias with an existing co operative. They are in the best position to help.
