Ask what? I have never asked anyone to contact me here neither have I ever make any business posts in this nairaland. The lady is just a clown. I actually countered her on a different thread reason why she resulted to defaming me. I am not even bothered though because neither my life or business is tied to Nairaland.

This is spot on. But why is it not always the case outside the country? My white colleague's girlfriend is studying medicine at one of the Russell Group schools in the U.K. My colleague is a Logistics officer with just a Level 5 certificate in Logistics and supply chain while the gf is already a graduate of Biomedical science before she decided to proceed to study Medicine. I am 💯 sure, this would never have happened in Nigeria. Hypergamy is real in Nigeria

My brother rejection rate is very high now. They are giving only women and students. They are even denying some students. If you get the visa thank God very much cos we all that went for collection the day I collected we're all rejected for work visa. The people that collected the day I submitted were all denied too, even the first day I went for collection the people that collected were all rejected except some students and women. They are rejecting almost all work visas now. As for the question it's all about what you are going to do, what's in your contract document and how you get the job
Small yansh dey shake oo.. Romania sef dey reject people visa.. People wey full U.K, Germany and Netherland they hustle for warehouse and cleaning jobs..When you sha get to Romania, just be careful with your phone's and Wallet, because they are terrible pickpockets. They are well known for that in the U.K.

No matter how hard u work out and tried to stay afloat, when it is time to be driven out u can't escape it..no matter how big ur preparations to always stay at the top, u can't be there forever..

Ask Messi and Ronaldo.
False. Coca-Cola has been top for decades. It's all about maintaining standard and not embarking on unchecked franchises.
Business / Re: What Happened To Mr Biggs? by Welcomme: 6:46am On Jun 15
Lontorlooka:
The problem started when they opened their doors for franchise players.

People who wanted to start restaurant business but don’t want to go through the effort of creating a new brand and growing customers .
Instead ; they apply, pay some recurring fees , be brand materials , recipes , menu and business starts with customers flooding in .

While this looked like massive chain growth , they couldn’t enforce the meals have the same quality and taste accords board . Franchise members started adding their stuff . Why not ! It’s their business .

Then once a customer have a bad experience at an outlet , they start looking for alternatives sub consciously and they’ll feel all outlets are bad .
You just captured the major reason why the business failed. There are other reasons, but what you wrote is the major factor why the business collapsed.

This group is done if you think we will win the next 6 games straight I laugh grin
Especially with the NFF administration that are in football for their pockets primarily
South Africa or Benin republic are going to the World Cup
Gift Orban will be regretting not playing for Benin Republic
He can switch allegiance if it’s not late
I blame NFF
They chose their own who won’t have issues with them
They obviously didn’t want Amuneke because he won’t take anything unprofessional from their end
We try again 2030
Gift Orban is eligible to play for Togo and not Benin

my understand of the situation it might be a blessing in disguise for some people because from my comprehension depositor would be paid 5m and most of them don't even have UpTo that in there account or I'm I getting it wrong?
You will only be paid what you have in your account with the bank before the licence was revoked. E.g, if you have 100k, 100k would be paid to you by NDIC but for those who have above 5m e.g 10m, they can only get a maximum of 5m

Is your wife a baby that she can't leave there? I am sure she's in support of all the rubbish. My advice for you is to get police involved. They should release your children too you and take their sister. If you can't involve police, leave all of them there, do like they don't exist. When they are tired, they will all come back to you.

This extortion all in the name of traditions need to stop. If they won't come back, just let them f*cl off...

Hello team

I have a question I'd like to ask. I got admission into de Montfort university Leicester for my master's degree and I'm about to start my visa processing. Can I use London as my place of accommodation during my visa processing as I have a relative in London I can stay with? Will it be an issue as London is about 2 hours from Leicester? Can I use it or should I just look for an accommodation in Leicester before I begin my application?

Thanks
Don't use any address outside Leicester as this is a recipe for interview. Just use the school address or you Google any AirBNb address around the school and use

Education / Re: I See Membership Of Alumni Whatsapp Groups As WASTE Of Time: Am I Wrong? by Welcomme: 12:54pm On Apr 17
Don't be too serious, fam. My secondary school year group Alumni WhatsApp group, the "accomplished" and "well-to-do" guys are the most active in the group. It is always very active at night when most people must have been back from work... This is a group we have top I.T guys, about 5 pilots (two practising in the U.S), doctors, Nurses, those into politics, military and paramilitary officers..Any field, just name it... Not everyone active in such groups is jobless and unemployed. Socialize and be open to opportunities. My first major contract was given to me by a secondary school classmates. Surprisingly, we weren't close while we were in school.

Just last year, a job ad was posted in group, I sent it to a relative, he was called for interview, immediately I reached out to the guy that sent it to the class group, immediately he asked for the name and number of my relative, he personally called my relative by himself and asked him some questions in regards to job, the interview was just like a formality because he was assured of the job

Definitely, it is only a shared apartment you can get for that amount in London. You can't even get a studio or one bed for that price in London.

Time for Mr Akor to cash out. He will deceive his gullible corps men to pay more money. A bill that Tinubu will throw to the dustbin once it gets to him. Peace corp is another duplication of office. What will they do different? Police and Civil Defence should be strengthened not to be creating another one again.

No serious and ambitious youth should remain in any private school receiving 30k as salary. These private schools are exploiters and the proprietors are proper manipulators. Doing POS or roasting corn by the road side is better. Very stressful job. You can remain in one position for 20 years.

Express rail service ke? Trust me, you can't spend less than one week if your destination is Kano to Lagos. From one breakdown to another. If it's not mechanical breakdown at mokwa, it will be electrical breakdown at kutiwenji. I used to be an active passenger. The last time I vowed not to take this train again was when I spent over a week from KD to Osogbo. It can be adventurous sometimes but time wasting. I remembered when our train spoilt at Minna, I had a serious coitus play on an abandoned train with one of their staff at Minna...I met more than 5 other people on the train that night doing same thing. Come hear different kind of sound tracks...

I had a close friend that had intentions to japa to the US with his wife and 3 kids. I offered to host him alone at my house for up too 6 months to settle down, get a car, apartment and then bring his family to join him. Apparently, wifey didn’t like the idea and she insisted on coming together as a family. To cut the story short, he came to the US Dec 15th, 2023 without informing me, he only reach out to me after his funds ran out Dec 23rd. No money, no where to go and no one will receive a family of 5. After spending close to N10m in a matter of weeks including cost of ticket , he decided to go back to Nigeria. As we speak now, he’s back to Nigeria. He learnt a very serious lesson. Japa required ALOT OF PPANNING, YOU CANNOT WING IT.

No matter what you say alot of people won’t listen. Imagine a family of 4 on student visa looking for 1 room to rent . Wetin musa no go see for gate
You and I know the story of this person returning to Nigeria after month is a lie. Person get student visa to U.S, come voluntarily return back to Nigeria 😀😀😀..Same U.S that accommodate many illegals and overstayers, na him person wet legal go come return... Baba, na lamba be the post wey you copy jor. If it were to be UK, I can still believe this story but U.S, mba..

But truth be told, I can't just imagine people bringing kids on a student visa. It is a bit risky.

I actually paid 4500 from naira with black market then another 4000 here with black market.
Chai which amounts to over 13 million naira
Bro, you have tried. Ignore all those guys yarning dust up there. If you were in my school, you would have finished paying your tuition fee. It's insensitive of them to change the agreed payment
