If it's that straightforward why are people still claiming asylum and without papers for years? Nigeria is a hard terrain as it is, but some people are genuinely and daily making bank, while others cry hunger. It's all about you. Also, is it my understanding that all you see German ladies good for, are to be used for papers? |

tensazangetsu20: To be honest even learning a new language doesn't guarantee anything. People don go Goethe institute sotey they dey dream in German. Visa no still come . The only foreign language I can advise anyone to learn is Spanish. Citizenship in Spanish speaking countries is a bit easy and if you want to get eu citizenship. All ex colonies nationals only need to live two years in Spain to get EU citizenship. Mind you this can be gotten in 6 years depending on when you leave naija o. That 6 years na only PR In some countries that's if you get visa sef German citizenship is doable within 3 years. |

Just 30 mins away from Copenhagen, and it's warmer than Stockholm. Life in Malmo is also fabulous. it is lively and awesome.
And yes I agree with you. Sweden can straighten all the shit away from your life. If you have a legal residence there, then materially, you are set for life.
The things most people worry about have been taken care of. You will be paid to study, so you don't disturb yourself with hustle. Your rent paid for, with free healthcare, doesn't matter if your sickness needs 1M USD per month for medicine.
Safe, civilized, and beautiful., and exceptionally clean. Germany offers everything you mentioned and much more. |

Cleo18: You are an OLODO. The burden of proof rests on the claimant. You can not disprove what hasn't been proven.
Now let me teach you because it's obvious you didn't acquire a good education.
The burden of proof is always on the person making an assertion or proposition. Shifting the burden of proof, a special case of argumentum ad ignorantium, is the fallacy of putting the burden of proof on the person who denies or questions the assertion being made. The source of the fallacy is the assumption that something is true unless proven otherwise.
The person making a negative claim cannot logically prove nonexistence. And here's why: to know that a X does not exist would require a perfect knowledge of all things (omniscience). To attain this knowledge would require simultaneous access to all parts of the world and beyond (omnipresence). Therefore, to be certain of the claim that X does not exist one would have to possess abilities that are non-existent. Obviously, mankind's limited nature precludes these special abilities. The claim that X does not exist is therefore unjustifiable. As logician Mortimer Adler has pointed out, the attempt to prove a universal negative is a self- defeating proposition. These claims are "worldwide existential negatives." They are only a small class of all possible negatives. They cannot be established by direct observation because no single human observer can cover the whole earth at one time in order to declare by personal authority that any “X” doesn't exist.
From X, which is the assertion, is not yet disproved. Therefore, X.
This is a Fallacy. If X is unproven, then it is unproven and remains unproven until reason and evidence is provided or secured to establish the proof or high probability of the claim being true..
You are daft and I teach dullards because I hate stupidity. Your phoolish father is an Olodo. Nothing else explains the existence of another phool that you are when you should have ended up on a tissue paper. |

Cleo18: i) Did you verify this news before posting it?
ii) Has any mainstream news platform announced it?
iii) If no, why be in a hurry to spread what is not verified?
iv) Do you know that an intelligent person would not spread what is not verified to be authentic for the sake of credibility?
v) Are you aware that for every fake news you share, every other news shared by you loses its credibility?
Now see this on the last paragraph:
"...suppress evidences"? Evidences that had been tendered before the court and which are already known by the general public?
Evidences the ruling party, APC has written a final address to? Dude, do not ridicule yourself publicly in an attempt to come off as intelligent. How about providing evidence to show that the information provided is incorrect?. Look, it does not always have to be contentious if Tinubu's name is mentioned. A man resigned and gave his reasons. He is entitled to that feeling and opinion. Period. |

Justice Ugo Resigns, Citing Demands to 'Kneecap' Democracy, Says 'Siding with Tinubu' Would Mean 'The Death of Nigeria's Democracy
In a shocking and unprecedented move, Nigerian Justice Boloukuoromo M. Ugo has resigned from the bench, citing demands from the executive branch that he believes would destroy the country's democracy.
In a statement, Justice Ugo said that siding with the government on this matter would be the 'death of Nigeria's democracy', and that he could not in good conscience remain silent. His resignation has sent shockwaves through the country and raised serious questions about the state of Nigeria's democratic institutions.
According to Justice Ugo's statement, he was asked to 'cripple the independence of the judiciary' by ruling in favor of a certain political candidate, whom he did not name but is widely believed to be Bola Tinubu.
Besides this, he was said to have been asked to suppress evidence and dismiss cases that could impact the election. Justice Ugo's resignation has caused a serious uproar and a setback to the activities of the Presidential Election Petition Court.

helinues: You know why I am not worried, Nigerians would have gone through same thing with whoever win the presidency except if they are not ready to effects the change.
So what we are going through is normal. Not true. Peter Obi, or Atiku Abubakar, would have managed the fuel subsidy removal event with more tact, taking the very volatile economic realities of 90 percent of Nigerians into consideration. I am sure you know that over 40 percent of Nigeria's citizens subside with what they earn on the day. That means that a market woman, having labored in the hot sun from 6 am to 6 pm, barely makes enough profit to buy garri and soup ingredients for the house on that day. Add to this misery, an abrupt 300 percent increase in the price of petrol, which immediately skyrockets her cost of doing business without a corresponding increase in her earning. Ahmed Tinubu is an elite who had never experienced or is in tune with the street realities of the average Nigerian person. This disconnect is now glaringly obvious in the policies and priorities he is pushing. 70 billion Naira, just so a bunch of lazy do-nothing legislators get to buy new cars and furnish apartments for themselves, while 12 million Nigerians get trickled #8000 monthly for 6 months. That will assume anyone alive even gets to see a naira of that money. Are you kidding me?. Peter Obi would definitely have performed this simple task much more efficiently, and with needed compassion, as president. The difference between men who actually made the money they own through hard work and perseverance, and those who stole them is staring back at us. And you, my friend, should be worried. If not for yourself, then your relatives. They are all not to be classified as wealthy people, so are in this mess at par with the people you daily talk down on. |
Politics › Tinubu 100 Days In Offfice: How Many Jobs Will He Create For Nigerians?. by 00FFT00(op): 11:52am On Jul 19, 2023 |
Ahmed Tinubu was sworn into office on 29 May 2023. Exactly halfway into his first 100 days in office, Nigerians from North to South are wailing in anguish, resulting from the people-unfriendly policies of this government.
Presidents are often judged by their first 100 days in office. While many analyses focus on bills and executive orders signed, I ask a different question: How have jobs, and the economy fared during President Tinubu’s first 100 days?
An important performance index deployed in measuring the initial performance of leaders all over the world is the number of jobs created in the first 100 days in office. According to glassdoor.com, during Trump’s first 100 days, the economy cranked out an average of 178,000 new jobs per month. Joe Biden did 1,384,000 jobs in his first 100 days in office, a first in US history.
So I ask. In place of throwing Nigerians into a new abyss saved them by even a Buhari, inflation is currently at 22.79%, up 4.88% from 17.91% at the end of April 2023.
How many Jobs has Ahmed Tinubu created for the economy so far, and what will be the net new jobs number at the end of his first 100 days in office?. |

GeneralDae: The letter bearing the withdrawal from Senate to indicate Shettima's nomination for VP was dated 6th July. When INEC received it doesn't matter.
Double nomination was rather a stronger argument in this sense, this one doesn't fly.
Supreme court didn't even speak of 13th July in their final judgement. The 6th July letter is all they accepted as evidence in case of double nomination. The bold sentence will be the trigger indicating that I have no need to further engage this individual. |
