3. The ones who always want to have their way between your legs whenever you visit them. They can never marry you. It's that sexx that is keeping them.

Good things come from exploration. Most of you are not forced to open your legs. It is your insatiable greed for material possessions, expected to be obtained through the irresponsible sexual indiscretions of your gender, that exposes you to this exploitation.

What do you expect from a man you throw yourself at for financial gain?

4. The ones who do not tell you their plans. Always being secretive. You are not important to them because I see no reason a man should keep his plans away from the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with.

Wise guys!. That's a very effective anti-gold-digging measure. You have to get out of the mindset that somebody owes you something for a body part you have because you didn't give it to yourself.

You will not die if you add real value to a relationship that you want to benefit from.

Now, my utmost respect does to all the responsible ladies out there. It is the lazy, entitled gluttons among you who bring your reputation into disrepute that we address.

Ahmed Tinubu has been in office for less than 100 days, and protests have become the order of the day in Nigeria. In less than 100 days in office, this man has polarized the Nigerian people as predicted by analysts pursuant to his elitist antecedents.

The chants of "Allow the people to breathe" is fast becoming a national anthem among both pedestrian Nigerians and the relatively well-off (Nigeria does not have a middle class), who are at the receiving end of this man's misrule and economic strangulation.

As we speak, Nigeria is literally at the brink of a war that it neither needs nor will benefit from, on account of one man's unguarded utterances and the glaring illegitimacy of his presence in Nigeria's political life.

It will be fair to aver that this avoidable waste of lives of our Nigerian soldiers and the equal waste of our already very scanty financial and material resources thereof, is a carefully planned fishing expedition by this president to shift focus from the electoral fraud that brought him to office, otherwise to be known as a false flag operation.

Nigerians must now also file out on our streets to demand a lid to be put on this nonsensical threat to arms against our neighbor, Niger Republic. We do not need or want a war with anybody. We are not under attack from Niger, not from Guinea, not from Mali, or Burkina Faso.

Who declared war on Nigeria on account of the electoral heist of February 25, effectively championed and financed by this same individual who is now crying wolf on a matter external to us and our interest. A strong military government in Niger is beneficial to Nigeria's interest in the sub-region because it serves as a welcome buffer between us and the terrorists we are daily confronted with from the Sahel region.

Tinubu is a disaster waiting to happen, and Nigerians must rise in unison to reject his illegitimate government.

The AU is setting Tinubu up to eventually fall flat on his face. Tinubu set the dice rolling when he made those unguarded statements recently in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This is why you need a leader who is cognizant of the times and situation around him.

The coup d'état in Niger is a direct consequence of his front loaded submission at that summit. South Africa and pro EAC countries led by Kenya are spoiling to exploit the leadership and economic weakness currently prevailing in Nigeria, and this is just the beginning.

Over 24 million people voted in the last election. Even if INEC's bogus numbers were to be believed, 16+ million Nigerians voted against Tinubu.

The said properties belonged to Sir Phillip Ojukwu, the erstwhile wealthiest man in Nigeria. These were part of the properties confiscated by the federal government of Nigeria as a punitive measure, resultant of his son's participation in the Nigeria-Biafra civil war. They were only released back to the custody of Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu following his return from exile in Côte d'Ivoire, in the 1980s, as a rehabilitation and reintegration gesture of his political friends in government.

What that means is that Ojukwu's engagement and personality returned the family inheritance to them. We also know that Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu has other children from his previous marriage who are not parties to the litigation, why?.

One explanation could be that he regulated his affairs internally before his death, so that his nuclear family was satisfied with the disposition of his will, even if we were knowledgeable that Bianca and Emeka Ojukwu Junior disagreed about the administration of their father's will. It will, however, seem fair to conclude that the properties in contention are the inheritance of Bianca's boys.

The best time to sort through all of this was when Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu was living. But the defendants conveniently waited for his departure from life to do what we have grown to learn about situations like this. These uncles have already taken possession of their shares of the family estate, albeit probably not to their satisfaction. Sir Phillip Ojukwu does not look like a man who will allow himself to exit life without a will behind.

This attempt to disenfranchise these children is more about Bianca than the minor litigants themselves. How can an outsider from Ngwo, in Enugu State, sit over and above the wealth of a great son of Nnewi, in Anambra State. What they seem to forget in that erroneous thinking is that the woman is the legal wife and next of kin to the family patriarch.

Igbo culture is clear about matters of this nature, seeing as the subjects are male children. Humans will continue their avaricious nature, but black people take this greed to the brink.
