How does private livestock herding become the FGN affair? What are you going to do with Delta fishermen who want to fish in Lake Chad? Resettle them in Borno state? lets be honest and realistic. The FGN is pushing Nigeria into a gaping mouth of an ethnic warfare. The whole world is very attentive. The narrative is that Muslim northerners are being encouraged by FGN to take over ancestral land of the Christian south. It is looking very clear as that. Is this a legacy that PMB wants to leave Nigeria with. |
As a manifestation of fresh air in Imo, the governor should stop the extortionists parading themselves as police officers at the Wathedral Road/Okigwe Road Roundabout. |
Bola Tinubu on stage at Continental Anti Corruption Summit? One of several reasons Nigerians are not taking PMB serious with his corruption fight. |
Seriously? |
No Okorocha. What it means is that tomorrow, any thug can hold INEC officer at gun point and be declared winner of an election. INEC is doing the right thing. You think you can bastardise the country the way you have bastardised Imo State since May 2011. |
I was excited with PMB in 2015 saying he will be no man's man and all men's man. I thought corruption will get a serious punch. More disappointment that he has yet to deal with this issue that is the singular most pressing for us. Officials in his won government that have been caught are allowed to go and free and keep their heist. Disappointment is understating my feelings. I had very high hopes on PMB. |
Sudan...Sudan...Sudan. No need to add more. We expect Nigeria to reproduce when we are using the same old tools. No way. Since 1960! What tools have we used? Military people, in or out of uniform. Except Shehu Shagari. The formal education and training of these military people that have ruled Nigeria does not prep them for the job they snatch. Younger Nigerians need be given a chance. Even if we are not sure the performance would be different, they still need a chance. How many prosperous nations are being governed by people in their 70s and 80s? We know our leaders are past the ages they claim. The brain functionality impairs after certain ages. PMB might be a nice person. But he has not demonstrated that he can president for ALL Nigeria. And with his 'Northern Nigeria Only' agenda, he is speeding up Nigeria's split. The disenchantment in other Nigeria's regions will reach a boiling point. In the past, army boys were despatched to quell grumblings. The world has changed. Cell phones at the fingertips of everybody creates instant indisputable visual of any abuse. The world has now been known not to stand idly bye when governments brutalise their own people. PMB still has the chance to be statesman for all of Nigeria. He still has a chance to prep Nigeria for a different generation from the one he is part of. Every generation knows nation building is relay race. This is coming from someone who has supported and voted for PMB in the past two presidential elections. |
Governors spend eight years plundering their states' and the LG allocations, arming youths with AK 47 to steal elections. After eight years, they retire to Abuja as senators, their kids are relocated overseas, the youth are stuck with the arms and resort to kidnapping. EFCC comes knocking on the ex-governors doors, judges and lawyers get their cuts, Nigeria is left holding empty bags. Circle of criminal looting. We held out hope that PMB will cleanse the environment after May 2015. That is all we have...HOPE! |

Politics of zero conviction. Baren of principles and ideas on display. |
What you elect is what you get. How can this one make sound policies that will develop a state? We have stop accepting naira notes from these touts masquerading as political leaders. |
The lawyers are protecting their corrupt pipeline. Politician's$$$$$$$$$>Lawyers>Judges |
Let's drain the sentiments. Did the CJN commit a crime? Where did he get all the money in those foreign accounts? That others are doing it cannot be an excuse. |
And then you found where Nigeria keeps its money. |
Can all the looters learn from the life and death of 'Mr Fix It'? |
What is "Living In Bondage" |
The fight against corruption is for the soul of Nigeria. Corruption denominates all ills that are holding us down as a country. Imagine what Nigeria could do with the billions of dollars our politicians and the military men before them carted away from our country's treasury. Buhari has corrupt politicians around him. No doubt. It could have been worse if Goodluck Jonathan was allowed to supervise his naked torching of our future. Regimes of IBB, Abacha, Abdusalam Abubakar, Obasanjo, Jonathan, would all be training days compared to the main super league of corruption that Atiku would unleash on Nigeria. |
What holding us from sustainable economic development=Looting public treasury=CORRUPTION=people like Atiku |
It must election time. Deceit time. |
Australia and New Zealand export beef products to many parts of the world through commercialised ranching of cattle. When cattle are ranched, the livestock farmer can feed them well and earn better money through export. The world is waiting for Nigeria's beef. Why is the government not facilitating this instead of silently stoking violence. I have not seen pig, fish or poultry farmers encroaching violently on yam and cassava farmers' lands in this country. Why is the business of cattle farming different in this country? |
Is there any more reason to doubt that this governor of Imo state's madness has gone to the market. |
Is this electioneering speech by the Sultan to appeal to the Southern hearts? Too many farmers have been killed so that a cattle man can graze his livestock illegally on someone else farmland, with AK 47 hung over his shoulder. The police and the army have been empowered to protect the lawless cattleman. PMB owes Nigerians a thorough explanation why he thinks the lives of farmers and non-Fulanis are not worth his attention. |
Enablers of corruption masquerading as men of God |
If only PMB has been president of all Nigerians, Atiku won't dare challenge him for 2019. To the disappointment of someof his supporters, PMB has positioned himself as a president with ethnic and religious bearings being more important than a national legacy to his name. |
There are still angels |
PMB's deep Northern bias is clouding his judgements for a better Nigeria. His legacy is going to hugely tainted by his naked disregard for anything not in North Eastern or North Western Nigeria. |
The little drip..drip is beginning to bring PMB clean image into question. |
If PMB does not nip this corruption at NNPC in the bud, it will destroy the only going for him...that he is against corruption ad looting of public treasury. |
Steal billions from the people and turn around and share N100 amongst them. Where did this man get the money for this mansion. From Borno state treasury. |
It would nice if the president can order his generals to deal with the herdsmen who boldly are carrying AK47 even in Abuja here. The harassment of farmers and destruction of their crops and livestock by herdsmen is crime against humanity and cannot help with the government's stated goal of food self sufficiency in our country. Not dealing with herdsmen terror against Nigerians smacks tribalism. |
How can we attract foreign investment when people are subjected to these harassment in all our international airports? |
