The intensity of this desire for CHANGE is huge. Even those who intend for President Jonathan are not going to do it because they are impressed with his governance. Ethnic fear is the only reason GEJ is having the semblance of support he enjoys in few Southern pockets. I believe once in the polling booth, people will ask themselves why they want to continue with this looting impunity. The hope of Nigerians is for Buhari to step in and point the country to a direction of true value.
Let us become a country that values hard work and not one that celebrates mediocrity and corrupt enrichment.
Today is the Sunday before the presidential elections; please pray for true CHANGE. We deserve to live in a better country than what we have now. Our oil revenue ought to have transformed our country. The rot has been there before GEJ but he hasn't done anything to stop the bleeding. On the contrary, he has given home and false prowess to all those including himself who have made looting our treasury their primary business.
We hope - Christians and Muslims, Northerners and Southerners, elite and the rest of us, hope that Buhari has been sent to intercede for our country. May God help him to succeed.

ICC IS WATCHING:
In his statement, Mr. Bensouda reiterated the ICC’s resolve to go after persons who ordered or incited electoral violence.
“At a time when abhorrent levels of violence already plague parts of the country, I recall that the International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over Rome Statute crimes committed on the territory of Nigeria,” Mr. Bensouda said.
“Any person who incites or engages in acts of violence in the context of the upcoming elections or otherwise – including by ordering, inciting, encouraging or contributing to the commission of crimes that fall within ICC’s jurisdiction – is liable to prosecution; either by Nigerian Courts or by the ICC.
“No one should doubt my Office’s resolve to prosecute individuals responsible for the commission of ICC crimes, whenever necessary.”
The ICC further reiterated that electoral violence is not the solution for aggrieved parties in an election.
“The conduct and outcome of elections in Nigeria, free from violence, will not only prevent further instability in the country, but will also send a clear message that electoral competition does not have to result in violence and crimes that shock the conscience of humanity,” said Mr. Bensouda.

Every alarm raised has come to be true. the legacy GEJ is leaving behind is that of enhanced looting and now electoral violence. The world is becoming smaller by the day. GEJ should remember where Charles Taylor is today. What would it profit a man if fools surrounding him pushes him to spend the rest of his life in international jail in the Hague.
