in as much as i am not and will never be in support of jungle justice,i think we must really focus on the main reason it has gotten to this state....where people or individuals take law into their hands...it is as a result of the collapse in our security and legal systems..when our security and legal system is addressed,then our society will start having belief in the law and our security personnel.....
