phemmie06: www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/4440_AIICO_INS_PLC_Q1_RESULTS_MARCH2013_FINANCIAL_STATEMENTS_OCTOBER_2013.pdf

AIICO result and NEM result were both delayed but AIICO result was out and also the first quarter result is also out. With this I think something is wrong with NEM result

AIICO Q1 result isnt good..PAT dropped by -38.9%, PBT -33.2% EPS dropped by -38.9%..

No wonder NEM never release result...Hope aiico Q2 will be better.

To me aiico q1 result is not bad pat 745m remember they decleared 1.3b in 2012 audited result. More so gross premium grew by 18%. It is good.

PBT N1.716B; PAT 1.467B; EPS 17K. Like I said ealier this is a good result.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ucheson2(m): 6:52pm On Oct 25, 2013
Excess delay trivializes the effect, potency and/or value a result no matter how good it may be. NEM & PRESTIGE should take note.
