Try and find out if you can send it to them thru any first bank close to you

You should have sent it to the registrars yourself. Ask your broker to tell you exactly when the form was sent and then relate this information to First registrars. If they still cannot find the form, it means you will have to send another form but this time do not send via your stockbroker. Print out the form, fill and take it to your preferred bank. Your bank will sign and stamp the form. Once this is done, you should send the form to the registrars by post and follow up with email communication. If possible, send them a copy of the form by email before you post the hard copy to them.

For Nairalanders who are not satisfied with their brokers, you can try this guys.
I was impressed with the customer service of these guys, besides you can open an account with whatever amount you have .
