Please, what are your takes on Nestle?
Hold or Sell to come in later? I know it depends on what price I bought but I need a general overview of the instrument, the final decision is mine.

I sold at around N900, not bad for a stock I bought for N20 and got 1 for 4 bonus and another 1 for 5 bonus although I still have abiut 300 units left

You need more of a regular and steady income from your investment in form of dividends. Nestle won't disappoint but the dividend yield is low.

If you don't mind real estate, I will advise to buy UPDC REIT the dividend yield is currently over 18%.

I bought more units at N3.10k today, paid dividend of 58k last year, been consistent with dividend payment in the last 7 years.

I Just bought 2 additional properties, bought Kingway building Marina from UPDC for N3.4 billion and invested another N600 million on a hostel at Lagos Business School
