I don't think anyboby has claim that such street does not exist in Lagos, infact u are likely to see more of such street in Lagos than any city in Nigeria due to her large population.
So what op is driving at seems to confuse me because there is no city in Nigeria without such street and op can not deny that such street does not exist in his village, even almighty Abuja has street like this.

Yes, some streets are like this in lagos, but I have come to understand that many of the untarred streets are pipeline streets. They cannot be tarred. An example is the Obawole-jojo-shaga road in agege.

Nice talk and good example. Now if such roads cannot be tarred, what should be the best solution to those roads? And secondly these roads in question are nowhere near any pipeline. So are u defending Lagos and encouraging them to abandon their roads and leave them un tarred or were u paid to defend them?
