I do almost 10 mins in the bathroom with Dettol cool/Delta soap.

I've been using antiseptic/medicated soaps for quite a while now.

1 litre of water first thing in the morning + many press ups (I wont tell you how many) also make up my early morning routine.

That's just ok for me.
