I dont doubt ritual killings especially in Yoruba land but the allah bit and the fact that I have heard of many a yoruba woman using this as an excuse to explain their wanderings from their husband's house to their bf's makes me doubt this

@OP

You are so fraudulent. You purposely took out the bit that said that Shagari's panel investigating an alleged $4bn scam by the NNPC in the late 70s found the allegation baseless.

The report did conclude that the NNPC was inept, which is my key worry about Buhari, but you don't have to mislead people to make your point.

No be Buhari start am...

Buhari's Legacy As Minister Of Petroleum.

Despite its relative autonomy in those early years, NNPC was hopelessly inept. In the wake of allegations of massive fraud, including an improper withdrawal of more than $4b from the corporation’s accounts in the late 1970s, the newly elected President Shehu Shagari (1979-83) in March 1980 instituted a tribunal to probe allegations.

NNPC’s oversight and regulatory role over the industry was virtually non-existent, due to a combination of low capacity, sheer inaction, and simply a proclivity of the corporation to break the law.

Agreements with IOCs lay around for years without ratification, and the IOCs often acted as if the corporation never existed. NNPC’s accounting system was an unmitigated shambles; the corporation had never prepared and submitted audited accounts.

The industry under NNPC up to 1980 was so dismal that the tribunal— even with its full judicial powers to subpoena witnesses and information —could not reconcile crude oil production and sales figures from the various arms of government. The panel recommended the pruning of the power of NNPC and the streamlining of its operation for increased efficiency.

The limitation of the panel is underlined by the tribunal’s failure to summon Generals Obasanjo and Muhammadu Buhari, who as national ruler, and oil minister NNPC chairman respectively “supervised the NNPC and controlled oil sales during the period in question.

GworoChewinMaga:
Buhari: The Perfect Manchurian Kandidate MK-Ultra[a/size]

If you let a bull into a china shop you are expecting the bull to wreck all the china.

This is why the West chose Buhari as their anointed candidate not to rule Nigeria but to oversee Nigeria's dissolution.

The perfect Manchurian Kandidate is one who you know will do what you expect from him not from brainwashing but the fact that you understand his personae and character enough to ensure that he will do what you expect of him. This is the simple summary of the character and divisive nature of Muhammadu Buhari. The West are no strangers to Buhari's sectionalism and bigotry and over the years since Buhari was kicked out of Dodan Barracks, Buhari has had time to become more radicalized in both his parochial sectionalism and bigotry to the point that he floated a regional northern party on his own - Congress for Progressive Change. So the excuse that the west may have made a mistake in supporting Buhari is totally out of the question as they knew very well before hand what a candidate like Muhamdu Buhari represented before throwing their weight behind him.

When Buhari made the quote; "I belong to nobody but belong to everybody" he was in effect telling us that he is nothing but a puppet at the hands of many a puppeteers.

Buhari's many puppeteers are;

1. Hardline Northern supremacists
usually sharia advocates. These set of scammers are working in tandem with the Saudi Wahabbi group are just out to make a buck both from Saudi Arabia and to garner influence from within the Nigerian govt. This set of religious bigots where highly influential in redirecting Nigeria's foreign policy towards Saudi Arabia and pitching us against Israel and Iran. They also played a major role in the Zaria massacre of shiites and are the hawks advocating and pushing for war in the Niger Delta (in the guise of fighting Militants) and SE (in the guise of curbing Biafran secessionists).

2. Hardline Northern Military officers from the Abacha era. These set of retired and serving Military officers are using Military comradeship in swaying Buhari. They are out to make a buck like the sharia advocates above. They have no ideological input into Buhari's administration but are using their army links to back Buhari in whatever foolish decision he makes all because they want him to award juicy contracts and oil lifting rights to them. They are the force behind the NDA.

3. Northern Sycophants . These set of political jobbers have been with Buhari since he decided back in 2003 to contest for the highest office. They are drawn mainly from the Abacha era and have been in the cold dark corridors of political limbo since Abacha's demise. These set of political jobbers dominate Buhari's inner cabinet and are by far the greatest puppeteers of the Buhari puppet as they have 24/7 access to him night and day.

4. Northern Business Oligarchs
. Drawn from the Abacha and Yaradua era these set of northerners are selling the idea that before the north can surpass the south, the south must be slowed down. All Buhari's disastrous policies have been felt first and only in the south. The several companies folding up and mass sacking of staff is occurring mainly in the south, Why? Because there are no tangible private firms located in the north. These set of greedy oligarchs are using Buhari's distorted financial and economic policies to mop up cheapened shares from the stock market. The brain dead forex policy is just an avenue at round-tripping that has made many an ab0ki extremely rich overnight.

Considering the skewed ethnic and regional makeup of Buhari's inner cabinet you will all agree that most of those who surround Buhari are actually northerners pushing a northern agenda and they are achieving their goals because Buhari as president remains a willing tool at their hands because of his highly sectional approach and gross ignorance.

Arrant Nonsense.

Even though Yorubas are fetish and ritual killings are a mainstay of Yoruba society, I doubt this Muslim woman because their allah can't do sh1t and second and most importantly, most of these tall tales are usually narrated by Yoruba women who go on AWOL from their husband's house to meet their boyfriends.

Gangsterism, election rigging, party defection, treachery, godfatherism, treason, ritual killings and general backstabbing.

Fast forward to the post civil war era, and we see the sw pioneering armed robbery, tokunbo baby immigration scam, drug trafficking, institutionalised corruption, etc.

A full recession? lol
The US economy is currently the strongest it has ever been in years thanks to Obama. The US no longer imports oil which has been a major drain on American resources, and americans are the better for it.
There is no reason for the US to create a war. They are already in charge and have nothing more to gain. It is the likes of north korea that has nothing to lose that wants to create war.
Another impending trouble for the dollar is the current weakening of US-Saudi relations which has seen the Saudis in the coming weeks approaching Russia in stabilising oil prices and supplying weapons for the war in Yemen.

The Saudis are even threatening to pull out their $800bn investment in the US over concerns of a new piece of legislation recently passed by the US Congress allowing survivors of the victims of 9-11 attacks to sue the Saudi govt and officials involved.

Obama is likely to veto it but this will spell doom for the Democrats in the upcoming election. The US Congress has also blocked arm sales totalling $115bn to the Saudis in their sectarian war in Yemen citing gross insensitivity to civilian casualties.

This is another reason the Saudis are seeking Russian assistance.

On the plus side, the Saudis have pledged not to fund ISIS anymore and this is what led to the historic peace agreement reached by both the US and Russia in Syria.

Either way the Saudis are not convinced of Hillary Clinton securing the White House and are scared stiff of Trump's emergence. So this is why they are aligning with Russia and in so doing dumping the petrol dollar.

Interesting times lie ahead in the coming weeks.

The US economy is bound to suffer a severe blow in the coming weeks as the world Bank has now decided to include the Chinese and Russian currency as part of their reserve currencies.

This is coming on the heels of an ever growing US debt ceiling.

The antecedents of this is a severe crash on Wall streets and US treasury bills and bonds thereby seeing a significant drop on the dollar.

The US is offloading much of that currency now to third world countries like Nigeria in anticipation of getting paid back in commodities after the dollar crashes.
