You are looking at it the wrong way. People who are born here typically act different. It doesn't matter what your culture or ancestry is, most Americans tend to act like Americans. Almost everyone born here do not speak the language of their parents, if their parents are foreign-born. Even if they do, by the second generation, it is all lost. I am speaking from experience. It is easy to preserve religion, but culture tends to die in America, and everyone is merged into the dominant culture.
