His sister was already dead in Liberia. He came to NIgeria on a business trip. He was exposed to the virus from his sister. The Liberian government advised him not to travel. He somehow got out of the country anyway (likely with the I am an american card and your laws do not apply to me) and put hundreds of people at risk.
