My brother, police business is complex, DSS knows what they're tracking, hope you've watched "24" movie? That's what the DSS is doing bro, they know what they are up to, for now, they have him on "illegal firearms" which could attract 7yrs or so. They're possibly investigating where all the defense budget went to, he'll have to cooperate with them and Strike a deal with them at some point to avoid going to jail.
