The actress who spent most part of her live in London is amazed by Lagos men and wants them to hold a meeting to address issues they might have to not have sighted a beautiful woman. Zainab used the window to pass a message across to her future husband, saying, “I am not in a relationship, but when you find my future husband, tell him that I am here waiting for him.

I don’t know what is wrong with Lagos boys and I think the men should hold a meeting and ask one another what the problem is.

“Lagos is an interesting city when it comes to romance and I think we have our own unique language when it comes to love. However, since I got to Lagos about six years ago, I have not found anyone that has tickled my fancy. The few criteria I am looking for in a man are that he must be humorous, honest and transparent.

“He does not have to be rich, but he has to be aspirational because I am a very driven person and I spend a lot of time working. I have been in London all my life and felt that it was time to continue my career in Nigeria.

“My parents did not want me to come to Nigeria, but it felt like the right time to come to Nigeria. I have been in Nigeria for six years and I am happy with my decision. Moving to Lagos was not that easy and it took me about three years to adjust to the lifestyle. My main problem with Lagos was the traffic situation because I decided that I was going to drive myself. I also had to learn about the culture, but I eventually adapted.”

The Edo State Govt has served final demolition notices to developers whose buildings breached the state town planning laws. The affected buildings are sited on Airport Road, Stadium Road, Aideyan Street, Upper Adesuwa, Ugbor & Ekae areas of Benin City.



Commissioner for Physical Planning & Urban Development, Hon. Edorodion Oye Erimona, who issued the notices in different parts of Benin City, said the exercise serves as a final reminder to those whose properties contravened the state’s laws on urban development.

Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose has berated the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari by Northern governors.

Seven Northern governors after a meeting with President Buhari declared him fit to run for a second term based on their belief in his governance.

El-Rufai among other governors told state correspondents that Buhari is leading the country in the right direction, therefore, needs to seek re-election.


Fayose, however, described comments by the northern governors in time of fuel scarcity and herdsmen killing as unfair to the plights of Nigerians.

Fayose via his official twitter handle wrote

“No fuel, killings in Benue, Taraba, Adamawa, Rivers, etc. But some people’s response to all these is to endorse President Buhari for second term. What a way to treat Nigerians with contempt.”

There were tears and wailing on Monday, January 1, in Omoku main town, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area of Rivers state as bandits reportedly killed over 14 persons.

It was gathered that over 26 persons were shot in the attack, 14 persons died on the spot while 12 victims are already hospitalized.

The Minister of Interior, Lieutenant General (Rtd) Abdulrahman Bello Dambazzau, visited the scene of of the killings alongside the chairman of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local government area of the state.
