Conventional drugs are harmful i have one that is tested and trusted have you heard of razak bitters my fiancee uses it and its perfect the sweetest part of it is that you wont feel a inch of pain and secondly its cleans the whole mess up...

psychologically menses naturally dont get out completely and this blood now remains and thickens up in the body leading to many complications in the body have you ever heard of a male having fibroid never when this blood accumulates in the body it leads to various things that medicals will give different names but with this drink it cleanses your tubes womb and makes you free.

Miss spicy, your painful crampy periods is called 'DYSMENORRHOEA' and it usually starts until two or three years after your menarche and occasionally occur in a period in which ovulation did not occur (called an anovulatory cycle), particularly if the menstrual blood clots in the uterus, and the small clots are then expelled.

If i'm correct miss, it is felt in your lower abdomen and usually starts in the 24 hours before the menstrual period and lasts for the first 12 to 24 hours of bleeding, when the discomfort goes.

The cause of dysmenorrhoea is due to an extra sensitivity of the body to, or an accumulation in the body of, substances called PROSTAGLANDINS and this cause spasm of the uterine muscle. Had a similar case with my kid sis but later found out that since these cramps are caused by prostaglandins, drugs which prevent prostaglandins being synthesized in the body should relieve the pain. There are several anti-prostaglandin drugs available on prescription and they are taken from the onset of the pain for two or three days. But make sure you consult your doctor to give you a befitting prescription dear. Don't be too scared.
