I know the case. Like I said, if you don't know the law you will find yourself burnt by it. Know the law and the way the judges reason.

The law says that they are both responsible for the kid until he is 18/19. That is all that matters to the court. The question was whether the man was responsible before he clocked 18/19? If you can learn to disassociate morality from legality especially in cases like these. You will have a peace of mind. You can always defeat the system. Don't get worked up for no reason.
