Current weight: Somewher arnd 55-60kg.

Goal: wanna lose 5kg

exercise for d day: 20mins workout consisting of cardio,lunges,crunches n yoga.

Always a late eater buh breakfast's always a cuppa tea(no sugar) n 3 slices of bread(smetyms wheat). I forget to eat most times n dnt drink as much water as i shld. Eat apples at least twice a week.

bout17 mins full body stretch, 9 mins yoga nd 5 laps round d field..running felt so good it as relly bin a while since i ran
b: bread n stew
l: swallow wit egusin chiken
snack: yougurt 1 small wafer wit little chinchin
d: jollof rice n grilled chiken minus skin
gift for myself for exercising todae: 2 little pieces of malteezers

i no my log looks funny but d gud part is im back in d game... time to begin burning fat again! yay!

Welcome. 5'6" and 55-60kg(did you mean to type 65-70kg shocked )is already on the low end of the BMI scale.Losing 5kg is going to take you to the level of being UNDERWEIGHT,which means you are trying to lose something else apart from fat...
Uju work on a having a balanced nutrition system& exercise to keep heart&lungs healthy,live life.. wink

Today's log
10am- tea with 3 slices of bread
2pm- one apple
5pm- a plate of rice, one wrap of moi-moi, and 5 pieces of fried plantain.
6pm- one apple
exercise- 100 skips and a lot of walking.

get DVDs, it works well for indoor or better still march in place or better still do aerobics. You can even spice up the skips like this

it works for me, you will soon thank me for it. If it does not challenge you enough, try do it twice or thrice same morning, your life will never remain the same again

Logs for today

4:50am - 1 orange

7:30am - 2 cups quaker oats + 3 cubes sugar + 1/4 cup milk

12:00pm - fist sized tuwo + beans soup + 1 local cheese

miscellaneous - a bite of roasted plantain, 3 small pieces of potatoe chips

5:30pm - 1 handful of peanuts + 1/2 cup of oats + milk

8:00pm - 1.5 cup rice + 1 ponmon + 2 slice plantain.

Exercise - 1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds (made it more challenging by holding 5lbs weight in each hand)

10am: tea n 4 slices of bread.
2pm: yoghurt

With probably not enough water.

Well am here tonight, its been a busy day for me today. I was trying to log my routine yesterday when everything just vanished. Well in summary there was no exercise yesterday, woke up late.

Today's Logs

7:30am - 1 orange

8:10am - 2 eggs scrambled + 2 sausages (bird) + 50g bread + 1 mug beverage

11:00am - 3/4 glass yogurt

5:30pm - 1 handful peanuts

7:20pm - bite of bread + spread

7:45pm - 1.5 cups pasta + 4 slices plantain + 2 pieces of beef

Exercise - Level 2 of 30 Day Shred
